So I recently bought two of the phone mounts for both my wife and I but the two issues that we seem to have is that the arms were flimsy and broke and also the inability to easily open the adjustable arms. There should be side buttons for easy opening of the adjustable arms instead of people having to pry them open. Ive sent emails with these same concerns and have not received any replies back.

Their promise to help if you have a problem is unsurpassed. I ordered a kit for my work phone that arrived quickly and before my business trip. I installed one screen and a couple days later it cracked. I wrote a not good review on Facebook. I needed protection quickly so I went to a phone store and paid for them to add one. Magic John contacted me almost immediately. I told them I had one installed but mentioned my personal phone was needing a new protector. The sent a kit for my older phone. It was there when I got home. Magic John live up to their word. Great customer service. I will buy again.

The installation was as easy and foolproof as advertised, not a single bubble. Had a problem and support reached out immediately 😳 I haven't tried to take an axe to it yet, but this is a quality product!

I've been using this screen protectors for a while now, both the 28 degree privacy one and the clear and the work and fit like a charm, as they advertise the installment is as easy as it can be.

Also their customer service is one of the best i've seen in a long time. I purchased by error a privacy one when i wanted a clear and the cancelled and started the refund process in 6 minutes!! (i'm not exageratting).

Great service and great quality

I just received today the screen protector from Magic John, well packed and with 2 applicators purchased directly from their web adds. It took less than a week to receive. It arrives with a QR coded small installation video link to a YouTube video. After seeing the video I proceed to follow the instructions from the phone display cleaning and installation preparation (Samsung S26 Ultra) to the actual installation. All went good, re installed the fingerprint data to the phone and all is working excellent, no bubbles no problems. The screen installation and applicator is excellent. This is a great product and installation with the video clear instructions are perfection. Very happy with this product. I do use a very good case, fully armored and the phone with the new screen protector fitted perfectly so I don't expect any problem with my phone. Great product, period.

When researching the best way to protect my iPhone 17 pro max camera lenses, I eventually opted for the more expensive magic john lense cover with magnetic cover.
It was covred in tiny scratches in no time at all and bigger scratches followed, just in general daily use. It was not dropped, run across any abrasive surfaces, but quickly, the paint wore off and the lenses fogged up. Only months later I need to throw the 'not so magic John' expensive rubbish away and buy something else to replace it from amazon.
The only magic trick here was my disapearing cash.

Very poor products. Phone case started yellowing in 3 months. Magnetic phone holder broke within 3 months. On the second order the magnetic phone holder was not shipped with all contents. Thankfully they replaced and resent the item but with a lot of fuss over the replacement delivery address and very delayed email response. I’d think twice again before ordering from Magic John. Very bad customer service and questionable product quality.

Not sure what everyone is talking about. The screen protector I got was very durable, I had a minor issue with the first one and they immediately sent a replacement. I used the first one as a test, and no matter how hard I bent it wouldn’t crack. I had no air bubbles after using their scraper they included. It feels very smooth, durable, and responsive.

Just Junk. Screen protector broke frist time I dropped it when sitting on the lounge. Cant believe I fell for the adds

Not good as being advertise. Had a hard time putting in the product on my device. Ended up with bubbles on each sides. Also have fingerprints left behind everytime I use the phone. Not worthy. Two thumbs down.

Doesn't work well. A lot of bubbles. I have been emailing them and they would not give me a refund. HORRIBLE product, HORRIBLE customer service. Unresponsive. Once they get your money, they won't care. CAN'T STAND THEM. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

3 screens broke within 30 days due to very minor drop. Maybe 6” The corner cracked and the screen split near throughout. I was told they’re meant to break so the phone screen doesn’t. My iPhone would never have cracked with such a minor fall. They also refused to stand by the warranty.

I’m extremely satisfied with this screen protector. The quality is outstanding – it fits perfectly, feels very premium, and was super easy to install without any bubbles.

You can really tell that this product is well-designed and made with care. It does exactly what it promises and provides great protection without affecting the display quality at all.

I ordered the privacy screen protector through Amazon. Not the cheapest, however I understand why they charge the price. Application was the easiest ever. Absolutely no bubbles. My phone was brand new so the screen had never been touched. I can’t believe how smooth it is, my finger glides as if the screen protector isn’t even there. I would highly recommend and once I’ve used my 2nd one, although I cannot foresee a reason why I would need it, I will definitely order this product again for my next phone.

Ordered 2 charging cables as Christmas presents for my children. By NYE the one stopped charging and then within a week the other stopped working.

As they were Christmas presents I ordered them around November time so by the time they had stopped working the warranty was up, even though they had less than 2 weeks use! After a lot of emails, pictures, videos back and forth Magic John finally accepted they weren’t working but as the warranty was up (with less than 2 weeks use), they would not issue a refund but only ONE replacement cable. They left me with no option but to accept this or nothing. 6 weeks passed and the replacement charger was still not received. I chased this up, they hadn’t even dispatched it even though they guaranteed they were treating as a priority.

Replacement charger now finally received, but as I have no faith it will last I emailed them to check the warranty starts from date received and not posted, only to be told replacements are not covered by a warranty, yet another blow from dealing with this company!

Got the type 2 cover for my pre-owned s24+. The application was the coolest, fastest and most precise fitting. In the past I have had a hard time lining up the phone and the protector or getting dust or bubbles. With this perfect, fast and completely free of any bubbles or dust.

Amazing product and the customer service is really great. Really happy and satisfied with the screen protectors. Highly recommend Magic John to everything

My experience with Magic John was short of amazing!
I have purchased the amazing screen protector for myself and a relative because I was so happy with the feature results of privacy screen( no one can see from the side view), also the flawless screen protector
(no scratches, no dust on my screen etc.
And by mistake ordered the wrong Magic John screen protector for my relative.
I contacted Magic John by email and he responded!
Offering me to receive the correct screen protector at no cost to me!
So I could not be obliged to write an outstanding review!
Magic John screen protector is a great product see for yourself. Amazing!

I got the privacy version of this screen protector and I’m really impressed with the quality. Installation was super easy with the frame, and I didn’t get any bubbles at all. It fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max perfectly.

The privacy feature works great from the side, but the screen still looks clear and sharp when viewed straight on. Overall, it feels high quality and I’d definitely buy it again.
