I’ve been a customer for 5 years or more - I can’t remember. The products are good. I’ve always bought Bristol, much better than my previous brand Motives. My order has always arrived the next day. I usually buy Element and was searching for a company that stocked it after it was discontinued. I placed an order online and Chris contacted me to send out free samples to help me decide on a new product.

After I'd decided the order was quickly updated to my new choice and arrived the next day.

I'm impressed with my experience and you have earned a customer!

This is how a business should be run.
Ordered my usual vape juice but was told they no longer have any and the manufacturer was closing down production. Sent me five free samples of other juices to try. I chose the one best suited to me. Got a call from the manager and unfortunately they didnt have enough to cover my initial order value. They sent what they could and a couple of days later I received the rest. Absolutely superb customer service. No prompting from me, they handled it all and in such a professional manner.

I dont leave feedback for companies often. But this company made my day.
I can't highly recommend enough . After I ordered and pad for the liquid I received phone call from manager and told me they dont have in stock of the item and he sent me free samples of many different flavours to taste and choose it. After I choose I text message to manager. Two days later all the items were at my door. How kind and honest people, thank you , you made my day

I can't recommend MagicMist highly enough.

Without even going into the huge range of products and flavours they offer, the actual company is one of the best I've ever dealt with.

Their customer service is second to none and they've always been available to answer any questions, give advice and solve any problems I may have had. They've bent over backwards on more than one occasion to ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.

The negative reviews seem to be about specific products (issues I'm sure they would have rectified given the chance) rather than the company itself. The Company, I simply cannot fault. I've been with them for years and won't use anyone else for my vaping needs.

Found this supplier by chance and so glad I did. Chris is very personable and extremely helpful. From someone on 10 motives for years I didn't know there was compatible products out there, and they are so much better/ last longer. Will be ordering again and again.

Several purchases made of ego compatible/variable voltage batteries - do not hold charge, several have stopped working altogether within a month (with average use)
On the whole would avoid this company, judging from the other reviews their kit is very poor quality and not worth the money.

Found these to replace my ten motive battery and charger, they charge much quicker and last longer. After I placed the order someone rang and offered me a free pack of cartridges, I chose 12mg menthol they are great! Its good that they come in a variety of strengths...... hopefully I can ween myself off.
Thought the customer service was great and very fast delivery 48 hours (even though I went for standard delivery)
They give off more vape, thats my only negative as I like to sneek a puff when the kids aren't about but now they can see the vape.

I use Sliver - good taste and long lasting. Always delivered quickly and on time.

Magic Mist has to be one of the biggest scams going on. The product is essentially worthless. It does not work. This goes for the cartridge and battery. It's junk pure and simple. Don't waste your money. The only bright spot is this disgusting product will make you say I've had enough and quit for good.

I purchased the 10 motive compatible battery’s 4 week ago and they are rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I purchased 3 to start with and they last all of 5 minutes. I purchased another 3 thinking they could be faulty but the same has happened with these. Very disappointed to say the least. When I first ordered the price was lower too. They are taking full advantage of ten motives no longer supplying the battery. Seriously don’t buy

Magic mist have no customer service they take payment for order and say 95% next day delivery which happens after order is £25 just meeting the free postage but every time it's over £50 I spend anything up to 20days chasing my items.
5th Sept ordered £65.19 worth (classed as a large letter)14th Sept still not arrived but a letter dated 8th arrived on 14th. When call or email they refuse to help. They blame delays on royal Mail strange all other mail is being delivered. So on their time scale
Ordered 5th Sept and was sent at 4pm on same day
Wait till 19th Sept before they will contact royal Mail saying lost
Then wait until 3rd October before I can claim a refund once they get items back but I can't if I never received so obviously won't get my money back and now won't answer emails or phone calls so something very dodgy going on

Customer service is great. Getting products from them ys another. I placed an order from them over 2 months ago. They were out of stock yet website let me place the order. Every time I call they give me an update and full explanation for the delay which is down the the supplier/import issues. But they still let you place an order for more on their website even though they are out of stock. This gives off a money grabbing impression and I have been told by them multiples on phone other people also waiting on orders too. So if that’s the case stop taking orders for something you don’t have yet. I’m on what must be my 6th call chasing up the order which the timescales they keep giving me keep getting longer and longer. It’s a shame I like this company but they need to improve the website to say when out of stock and stop taking orders when they don’t have the product

I have got to say this company has the best customer service I have ever seen. They took over from green smoke and for me hsve not ever missed a step. Orders prompt. And whenever there was an issue I get a phone call and it’s sorted. I just wish all businesses used this model of customer service.

Made an order on the 22nd of December and still am yet to receive our product.
The company first say it was because of the postal strikes so they asked us to wait longer. Then they said “as a show of goodwill” they would resend the product. However, since they are doing it I would need to pay for tracking of shipment. Since I ready paid for something I didn’t receive I wasn’t about to give them more money incase they were a scam. Another month later, still nothing. It is the 16th of March. Their excuse is that I didn’t pay for the tracking shipment so it’s my fault I haven’t received anything and they hope eventually it will show up. There is no proof that they ever tried to send any product.

Fantastic company! Great Customer service and products and very fast delivery even with the free post option we received the order the next day.

Never let me down, good product and pricing. Custom services brilliant if you every do have a problem. If you vape then use them is my recommendation.
