Fresh vegetables! :)

Fantastic produce (the cherry tomatoes were delicious), quick to respond to questions, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Very poor service. I made my online purchase 6 days ago and no delivery was made yet.

I've sent my orders many times at least 2 days before and it still can't be coordinated right. Received rotting veg before and took photo evidence. Was told I'd receive a replacement but it never came. Kept getting random selection of veg. Veg selection terribly limited. Totally unsatisfactory

We are a bit disappointed because we asked for the mostly western one and only very spicy green pepper was a western vegetable.
We understand that weather conditions might be difficult these days but we can't cook the rest of the box.
Not only the Asian veggies are different but as well poor in quality. The corn for instance, 2 are glutinous and taste bad, the other 2 are ok.
Bottle gourd is full of seeds and there is almost nothing to eat.
The taro pumpkin is tasteless, not as usual sweet taste.

It is ok to have mostly Asian veggies available but it should be mentioned before we order. Because, as European customer we are not use to cook these kind of veggies. As well, the QR code, sending to recipes website was not working.

The first box we ordered few months ago was good. But the two last boxes were full of Asian veggies.

Please let us know if the western veggie box will be back one day. It used to contain tomatoes, green leaves, potatoes.. because we do not want to order the box and be disappointed again.

Customer service has been excellent and delivery has always been on time. Quality of produce are very good too.
One thing is that the vegetable selections has been quite narrow in the last few weeks. Is it this due to the changes of seasons or this is going to be ongoing for a while?

Service was absolutely brilliant, just the season was not great for a good range of veggies at the moment.

Ten fresh organic vegetables arriving at my doorstep every week challenge me to come up with new recipes and think creatively.. My family and I are eating well.Through we would love to have more variety, we understand what the weather is dictating. Thanks.

UI could be improved and also selection could be higher quality. Service was good in the beginning but lackluster now. Will be discontinuing.

Great quality of veggies and reliable deliveries with no plastic. Only thing is the small selection of veggies and mainly greens.

The management is a disaster. 4 out of 5 times will they miss/ forget package.

The content is ok but I waited the delivery the whole day to be delivered at 8:30pm without any prior warning. This needs to be improved.

It's hard to find a good quality and reliable vegetable delivery service in Hong Kong. I definitely got lucky finding these guys. Very friendly and always want to help and listen to any questions. Most importantly the quality of the vegetables is excellent and is tested to be free from nasties. Not too expensive for what you get, and an easy website for orders, with back-up if needed. Highly recommended!!
