Tried to return a completely unopened/unused set of larger Merlin sleep suits because my son started rolling over and I no longer use them and I requested a return and never heard back. And there’s no way to get in touch with anyone except via email which they haven’t sent anyway. Poor customer service!
This is my third time ordering! I had the sleep suit, the dream sack, and have now transitioned to the dream sack walker! The items shipped so quickly and are absolutely perfect. My baby sleeps through the night and is comfortable and safe. I recommend these products to everyone!
The Merlin really does the magic. When my baby broke out from the swaddle, I tried other sleep sacks, she couldn’t sleep well as before with the swaddle, she woke up several times during the night. Since I bought this sleep suit, she slept through the night. I bought a blue one to give it for my son’s friend.
However, I bought a second one with fleece material. After wash and dry, it seems like it shrinks because it is tight compared to the one with cotton material, and it didn’t help. Therefore, I emailed to ask to exchange for the cotton one.
Our daughter was only sleeping 2-3 hours at a time. Overnight with the Merlin Sleepsuit our daughter began sleeping 4 hours longer! Moving up to 6-7 hours of sleep was life changing. We buy this as a gift for every expectant mother we know.
Shipping was fast and the sleepsuit looks like nice quality, but I ordered a blue cotton sleepsuit and they sent me a yellow fleece sleepsuit. At least the size was correct, so I guess I will keep what I’ve got and give it a try to see if it works for my baby. If baby likes it, I guess I’ll try to buy a spare, and actually get the one I wanted.
Shipping was slow and then I didn’t receive the items I ordered. I ordered two cream size large and received two blue size small sleep sacks. I contacted customer service and it’s been almost 24 hours and no response at all.
