There are withdrawal issues, if you have a withdrawal of £100 you have to wait a month to make another withdrawal and you lose money for a month.

an absolute disgrace I withdrew £500.00 in February 2024, they have made various excuses to why i didn't receive it and 60 weeks down the line I'm still waiting

I withdrew £2500 on 22/03/25 and after I have read reviews which have made me very worried.

Has anyone ever cashed out on this site and received the funds?
I have spoke to live chat and every time it's the same copied and pasted answers.

My account states it's verified.

Should I just write it off because it seems like I am not going to get this money?
I have emailed 3 times with no response?

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get your winnings?

It states "AWAITING" on the balance transaction page?

It’s been over 22 working days, they owe me 3k, clearly I’m not gonna get it am I? I could really do with this. I have proof of withdrawal and everything. I’ve emailed them today about this hopefully I get something back.. it’s just a joke

Already wrote a review about this scam of a site now asked on live chat about my outstanding withdrawal and now they have blocked my account so I can't login stay well away from this scam site.

Was owed £450 been waiting since 19th Feb. I got so fed up arguing with the team. I thought nothing to loose now I won't get my pay out. I emailed with title cancel withdrawal. After weeks of no replies my withdrawal was cancelled within the hour. I then request a new withdrawal the a couple of hours later. And in less than 48hrs the payment went in my bank. No issues. I will never use this site again though after this hassle and the rude ignorance of the team.

I made a withdrawel of 120 pound on the 18th of December. And it's now the 21st of March and I still have not recieved my pay out I have had conversations on multiple occasions with the site. And all I get is the same automated messages about its taking longer then usual. It states 8-21 days and ive been waiting 3 months very disappointed. With this and. Feel like I have been robbed completely

I made a withdrawal on the 8th of march for £100 and I checked the reviews and panicked. but then on the Monday morning it went into my bank ( 2 days )

I made another withdrawal on the 12th of march and I am now in the same boat as nearly everyone else, I don’t think it is a scam site as I have been paid out but it really does need some major improvements as 7-21 working days is ridiculous

Left a review mid February saying my friend had been paid out 5 times in a row within 48hrs. He has now been waiting 3 weeks for his latest withdrawal.

I have now reached my 21 day working day time period for my £724 win and I can now no longer use the live chat feature.

Bank declined to give me my money back as apparently legal transaction.

Don’t understand how they are getting away with this.

Update 17/03/25 - noticed my phone number is now incorrect, has an extra number in there which clearly wasn’t me as I’ve passed verification and that is part of it. You also can’t update these details once your account is verified therefore further shows it wasn’t me who changed it. Gives them an excuse not to pay out as details are wrong.

The refund policy for this company is a joke. Refund requested on 7th January and been told it takes 7-21 working days, maybe a couple more for ensuring finance team are happy with it but we are now on the 16th March 2025 which is over the 48th day of this process. I am honestly baffled at how this can take so long and the same reply I have had every week is ‘been given to finance team to investigate and should receive an email shortly’. I emailed in February and still waiting for a reply so not holding my breath anymore.

I actually 'won' £500 from £50 deposits on sports betting. I'm expecting nothing going by everything else people have said unless they decide to operate properly and try make a go of it as a functioning business.


I guess you live and learn and make sure to look at reviews before depositing!

I have been waiting for 116 euros for almost 3 months now. I was told in the chat that there are a lot of withdrawal requests and the process each request carefully. Of course, I don't believe in it and I no longer expect them to pay my winnings. 116 EUROS cannot be paid, the real scammers.

Keep far away from this casino. It is a scam. Been waiting for my withdrawal of £800 since 20of Desember 2024. They replay on chat but it is just paste and copy of the same shit each time you talk to them. Keep far away from deposit money, you will never get any payouts.

I have requested to close my account many many times but still not done, is there anyone to complain to?
I do have a gambling problem so it's not as easy to just stop using them.
