They do not respond to emails

They do not respond to emails, I have tried to reach out 3 times now in order to make a return and online they have no information as to HOW to process or where to return it?! And when I emailed, I am being completely ignored! I found the same similar wipes so much cheaper. Now it’s gone over the 30 day window and they will probably say you can’t return it now, thats if they even reply.

Having major problems with my order no #45822

Having major problems with my order. Still not delivered and tracking not updated. Have sent several emails with no response from the company. All I receive is emails asking me to review my purchase. Very disappointing and currently over £30 out of pocket. ORDER NO. #45822 My problem has now been resolved, company say they were having issues with their emails, my package was resent and 50% of my payment refunded. Happier than I was but still unsure about ordering direct from them again,

Great products

I am editing my initial review.

I can confirm that this is not a scam company. Magic Wipe have been in touch and apologised for the delay with my order.
They have taken the time to explain what drove the delay, as well as the lack of communication via the support system on their website.
This support system has now been fixed.

The customer services team have been incredibly helpful and my order has now been delivered.
The products themselves were undamaged and as expected.
As expected as a product that are brilliant to use.

The wipes are 5 stars (I’ve got 7 of…

The wipes are 5 stars (I’ve got 7 of them now) that I use all over the house.
They are brilliant on my shower doors/mirrors etc & they make my cars look like they have been professionally cleaned.
These wipes are 100% worth buying.
But, the delivery & communication, this time, wasn’t good.
This is why I’ve only given 3 stars as a rating.

DO NOT BUY! Would have given no star but not…

Would have given no star but not possible. Order finally arrived this morning, has taken weeks and many emails. 5 cloths for £25! They look nothing like the images on the site. Thin, small, and really poor quality. No label stating bamboo or laundry instructions. I imagine no label info means they aren’t breaking the Law???They are not as described or advertised. Not fit for purpose. I ordered as an environmently friendly alternative to microfibre. That’s exactly what they look and feel like. DO NOT ORDER. Absolute rubbish.

Complaint Resolved

Ordered 2nd Jan -no cloths yet -tracking not updated since 9th Jan when stated on way! Have emailed daily and no response to date. Cloths have been paid for! Very disappointed ☹️

Update - cloths have been received now and contact from Magicwipe to apologise and explain circumstances for lack of communication and delayed delivery. This was my second order as I was so impressed with the cloths - I am happy complaint has now been resolved and also happy to recommend these products as they are excellent.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money. Ordered end of November, still no delivery (09.01.2025). Customer Support keep stating that the package is with the courier, but when using the alleged tracking number on their website, it states the order cannot be found. Customer support refuse to provide a refund.

UPDATE: The tracking number below is not my order. The tracking number does not match that provided by email, nor my postcode. My order has still not been delivered as of 12/01/2025. Very unreliable company.

I ordered these cloths and then realised I no longer need them. Tried to cancel the order but no response from customer support via email. There is no telephone number on their website and the company does not provide a cooling off period post order if you change your mind.
