Sparkling Bathroom

Keeping bathroom bright and dry

Just bought a new house and these cloths help keep the tiles in the bathroom dry after use and stops mildew from forming and keep the grouting nice and bright.

Had to ask bank to step in and get refund

I’ve had to raise a payment dispute with my bank in order to get a refund. They claim the item was returned to them as the courier couldn’t locate my address. Utter scam. The same courier delivers other items no problem to my easy to find address. I asked for a refund several times and continued to be told I had to confirm my address so they could send it out again. BEWARE. The customer support email address is not very responsive either.

Ok but not amazing

Thought these would be amazing reading the reviews. They are ok but not miraculous. I can get the same results with my microfibre cloth really.

Damaged items delivered no response from support email

I ordered cloths, an extending duster and 4 in 1 brush set in December. After receiving no tracking information in website I contacted customer services who sent me a link to track the items (from china). It took until 7th January for the delivery to arrive. When it did arrive the products arrived wrapped only in a plastic bag with no protective padding and the bag had several rips. The metal poles for the brush set were all dented and mishaped so the product is unusable. I contacted the support email with photos of damage requesting replacement or refund on 7th January but as yet I still do not have any response from them and there is no number on the website to be able to call. Very poor customer experience and expensive item which is only fit to throw away. UPDATE: after posting this review magicwipe contacted me and a refund issued for the damaged item.

In this instance, the items were dispatched from our China warehouse, which is why the tracking showed an international route. Unfortunately, the packaging did not provide adequate protection during transit, and we take full responsibility for that.

BEWARE WHAT UR SIGNING UP TOO

Absolutely disgraceful from start of ordering last year shocking service when ordered one cloth didn’t not see any subscription or who would in the right mind want one for a cloth!!!. Stars on there page there is no subscription aswell so there mis selling straight away. Got my cloth eventually after no communication from them to then noticed a payment come out my bank 4 months later and 8 emails from them saying thank you for my order!. When emailing them over and over stating I didn’t make the order or want any order or have any knowledge of this still NOTHING from them but can still send more emails to me!!!. My bank say I’ve signed up to subscription to my shock and anger. This is not acceptable MAKE ur website clear for people as I didn’t see anything no 8 times that I’ve signed up to anything!!!. Absolutely disgraceful can’t spam me with lots of emails but refuse to reply to a single email from me why!!! Take money from people unaware!!!. You should be ashamed!!!!. The clothes are rubbish too.

I bought this after seeing it…

I bought this after seeing it recommended somewhere and honestly it's brilliant. My shower screen was covered in water spots and now it looks like new. Only downside is I wish I'd bought two because when ones in the wash I really notice the difference

I cannot comment on the actual product

I cannot comment on the actual product as I’ve only just ordered them.
I can however comment on their customer service. I emailed them straight after ordering as I ordered my cloths on a subscription in error, (as they make the subscription box as default).
I did go onto the website and cancel the subscription but wanted to know if the cancellation had gone through.
The website says customer service are there between 10 and 5, but nobody has actually responded, to either the email I sent directly or the one sent via the website.
UPDATE
I have to upgrade my review from 2 to 4 stars as they have now responded in a very positive way. Confirming that my order has been despatched and the subscription has been successfully cancelled.

The website hides behind actors and is…

The website hides behind actors and is not transparent. The items come from China direct. The items do not arrive speedily the website is not offering honesty. I have waited for mine and probably could have bought the same in TEMU cheaper. I wish I had known this before ordering. I believed the website and it was being sent from the uk and uk owned. Should mine eventually arrive and should they arrive poor quality like many have written I will pursue through the trading standards. I’m aware of scammers.

These magic cloths are amazing.

These magic cloths are amazing. I was skeptical about them at first but so pleased I bought them. I have one in the kitchen for the kitchen work surfaces, stainless steel cooker, hob and marble dining table and one in the bathroom for mirror, sink and shower. They work well leaving a lovely shine, no smears at all. They also work on my windows. All I use is a little water to wipe then dry with the smooth side of the cloth. Highly recommend.
