I ordered the bio-ethanol product which turned out to be the wrong item for my fire, and paid for it to be returned a while later. David refunded me the cost of the product in full AND paid for my delivery charges which I was not expecting! I thought that was pretty decent of them, would use again.
I placed an order on their other site Econol.co.uk, they took the money the same day and never had any confirmation. It states they offer next day delivery, I have emailed multiple times and no response.
Avoid at all costs, tried calling and no answer!!
FYI: I managed to get the item, but no communication at all from placing the order until I posted a bad review on here. They need to at least send emails confirming the order.
I just want to beware about this company. They are selling econol bio-ethanol oil. I ordered 96 litres of bio-ethanol on 4th January 2014. Order nr 200002731. I paid £192. They have got info on main site that they sending for free to all UK. In terms&condition I read after that they are not sending for free to Northern Ireland. this is OK, but the point is, after my order they don't want return my money. It is already 10 days afrer I paid £192 (14 January 2014) and they have not sent bio-ethanol or return money. I send to them about 10 e-mails. All of them without answer. They write on their website that they respond to all emails enquiries within 2 hours. I called to them 8 times and explain situation. They assured me they return my money. So far - nothing happend, I mean I still don't have my money back!!!
I don't know what's going on. Probably they try just keep my money as long as they can. Tommorow I try cancel this transaction in my bank because I paid by credit card.
One more thing. They should not take my money if they do not want to realize orders!!!
