While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Shipping issues and no reply to help request
Accidentally hit submit before changing shipping address. Immediately ask Chatbot on website for help but got no response, so I sent email within 5 minutes of order requesting assistance but got no response. 3 days later got email saying it was being shipped, again reached out. Now being delivered to my home, not grandson's so I will have to pay additional to reship and it will be late for his birthday!
Deceptive shipping practices
I paid for 1-2 business day delivery. Ordered on Thursday during the day. It should have been shipped Friday for Monday delivery. Got a message saying they shipped on Monday for Tuesday (?) delivery. I needed the item on Monday. Now I am getting an item I no longer need and have no way to recoup the outrageous shipping fees. This was a COMPANY error, not a shipping delay. They did not ship on time.
