Their website is down, can't get hold of them for days, messaged on Instagram. Nothing. Was hoping to use them for my brothers birthday. So disappointed that communication is non existent

Super service, great veg and meat, delivered on time and with a smile. They also delivered our Christmas tree and helped put it up, I was grateful for the advice on how to tend to it also.

My order of Roscoff onions, heritage tomatoes and Portobello mushrooms arrived on time, were perfectly packaged and I’m already enjoying them in my recipes. Stunning produce 😊

I’ve been here several times recently and absolutely love the range of fresh product that they stock. For quite a small footprint, they really have a great selection to choose from.
All the vegetables I’ve bought were really great quality. Just bought some chestnuts the other day as big as conkers!
Would really recommend a visit here for some great quality food.

Hello, I ordered a box of fruit &
pastries from you, to be delivered to my elderly step mother - Mrs Brenda Mills, for her 82 birthday. They should have arrived on the Friday or Saturday but didn’t arrive until
the Monday but we ve just heard from her to say that fruit wasn’t that fresh & infact both boxes of raspberries inedible - soft & mouldy.
This is very disappointing, especially as she s an elderly lady & lives alone & we wanted her to have a special birthday gift.
She thought we should know but felt embarrassed to have to tell us; I think you need to know so that you can review your delivery arrangements.

The flowers were beautiful, unfortunately the delivery driver left the box outside on its side….so not only did he not knock on the door to let us know they had arrived, but because it was on it’s side the water from the flowers spilt out everywhere and soaked the paper they were wrapped in. So the final look wasn’t great. Flowers were stunning though, just maybe need to consider better delivery service.

I have ordered XL pallet with this scum bag in July and until now I still haven't receive it. Reading from all your comments on how bad they are, I should stop hoping it will come as it isn't worth a wait. I've spent £39 from this scumbag. It is a money that I could spend something better. Hell to them!

I’ve used Magnificent Marrow a couple of times to send gifts to friends and family. Most recently I sent the breakfast box and some sweet treats and I’m told the quality of the contents were excellent! I would recommend this company

If anyone had suggested to me a few years ago that I would soon be buying food online I would just have poured scorn on the idea, but as the area of Oxfordshire where we used to live was fast becoming a gastronomic wilderness I started to experiment with some of the better online butchers. We made some great discoveries and it soon became an enjoyable hobby.
Now we are further afield - in Ludlow - and although we now have a much better choice of food shops we have become addicted to the idea of produce from the best possible suppliers arriving on our doorstep. Of course, the pandemic has made this even more relevant, as visiting shops has become a much less pleasant exercise and stocks have often been much lower than usual.
How wonderful that our latest discovery - Magnificent Marrow - delivers not just meat but top quality vegetables, fruit, cheeses and more to us out in the sticks. In fact, the quality and the presentation are so good that I can see them fast becoming favourites and greatly look forward to our next box of goodies.
These people have clearly scored a real hit with their customers, which is much deserved and I would like to wish them continued success.

It was a gift. The giftee said they were delicious, just the delivery was not the greatest (were not handled with care) so the crodoughs did not look so well after the journey (hence only 4 stars).

I reached out to the Marrow overlords on my quest to deliver my girlfriend pastel de natas - and boyo did they deliver. I shall refer to her as E to keep her identity private, but E was simply blown away. The packaging felt overzealous but apparently it added to the excitement and led to an overall exhilarating unboxing. Complaints are for fools, hence I have none. The only way they could have improved is if they delivered them too her sooner as she was already out of isolation as her immune system is simply impenetrable - she is a human vaccine. Pfizer watch out E is coming for you and your family.

Great service and fantastic produce as usual.

All produce was delicious. Particularly the baked goods. Just dropped one star as the melons had squashed the berries completely, which was a shame - although they still tasted great!

Magnificent Marrow does it again! I am in the US; my son and his family live in London. He and his wife have a new baby AND he turned 30 yrs old the day after his son was born. So they had lots to celebrate! I ordered quite a few things for delivery to them, including a chocolate cake with a birthday message. Once again, they loved EVERYTHING. Thanks to Magnificent Marrow I feel like I can make life easier for parents of a newborn, despite the distance!
