Absolute worst

This platform/ company is laughably bad, I have never experienced such incompetence in 15 years of consulting. I don't know who runs and supports it, but literally not ONE thing works the way it's supposed to. Took them about 3 weeks to finally make my profile work after the initial set up (standard set up, nothing unusual about it). They deleted and re-created my profile 5 (FIVE) times (each time incorrectly). I reset the password 4 or 5 times and communicated with 4 (if not more) different people from different "support" teams. And good luck getting your W2 information, nothing is centralized, different accounts, different portals, incoherent, confusing instructions, links in the "official" email that do not work... It seems almost intentional, I can't imagine how absolutely everything a company does can be this bad.

Magnit suck

We have used Magnit at the request of clients for many years now. Over the last few years though they have become unbearable. As a supplier through Magnit, we cannot get a response via phone or email for absolutely anything and this service costs hundreds of pounds a year?

We had multiple clients from the same area call for an emergency cover and we supplied, only to find out Magnit had removed us from their panel. 6 weeks later, we still are hearing nothing and have not been paid for covering through their platform. Magnit ignore clients, suppliers and everyone in between. If you can avoid, do so. I actively encourage every client now to leave this awful company, unfortunately ALL their competition isn't much better.

Break their own contracts with no explanation

I was offered a contract job that I accepted over another. It was only part time. Their onboarding is all over the place never really know who does what. I shared that I work part time in the evening during my interview got through to onboarding. I spoke with one person for training after that I start getting emails stating that I’m under review. For what I have no clue. Then I’m ghosted for a few days only for someone new person to call and tell me the company thinks I don’t have enough availability. I hadn’t even finished onboarding so I wasn’t even working yet. I got no clarification as to what brought this on. Just they so t think I have availability. I realized that the woman onboarding me was the reason for all this because I said I work part time at night. Do not work for them.

Do you ejoy being bullied?

I am an consultant which sometimes bring me to customers who use Workforce logic as a man-in-the-middle.

In this case I am force to use Magnit VMS for Time-reporting and boy do I feel violated.

My whole quarrel comes from their app/webapp for time-reporting. Neither of the apps are built with the users in mind as you are often forced to go through an extreme amount of steps just for the most simple of tasks. Thinking you can report a whole week without an reload between each and every press? Thinking you can submit multiple time-codes where as one is empty? Thinking that EACH BLOODY step does not need a loading prompt?

No, no, no and no. Boy am I glad that I only have one time-code

This company is worse thing you could imagine.so unstable that even their staff can’t guarantee this is what the company do. And when contacted the company one thing and a staff attended the next time you call is another person in that department telling you they don’t know wha you talking about that we do different thing now.
