I ordered flowers and a teddy bear from Slovenia to be delivered in Romania. The delivery was not easy because I did not have the recipient's phone number and only limited address information. Despite that, the team was incredibly patient, professional, and determined to help.
They kept me updated throughout the process, communicated with their colleagues in Bistrița, and made several efforts to locate the recipient and complete the delivery successfully.
The flowers arrived safely, and the recipient loved them. I truly appreciate the extra effort, professionalism, and kindness shown by everyone involved.

Best flower company in Romania
I chose this company to give my girlfriend in Romania some gifts, and they did not disappoint. They have the best customer service. Every time I emailed them, they responded very fast, and when they ran out of certain items, they replaced them with the best options. My girlfriend loved the gifts, and the cake is actually really big. I will always shop here now!
