The ordering process was clear and simple with my order being delivered on time as advised. My order was well packed (although I had no vulnerable items) and it was left in a safe place.

I purchased the De6 diesel combo boiler. Arrived by courier on time. I find the staff very helpful explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend them.

Easy to work website, love the build element to see with out adding it all to the basket, allows you to make sure that it was all there before order, quick delivery and very well packed.

Good value and really good customer care. My fridge arived damaged. After a simple email a replacement was sent the same day and arrangement to reurn the damaged one too.

Stuff all arrived as described by the nice woman on phone. And all in perfect condition. Not got everything installed yet, but so far really happy and will use magnum again
