Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. I booked 4 weeks in advance. I was sent a message to remind me. The driver was very helpful very professional. He explained the route. He put the suitcases in and out of the car. Very clean car. I recommend Magnum Taxi. I want to point out the price. We all are living in a very hard Financial Times. They are extremely fair and the cost is affordable. The Driver took an holistic approach with our family. He asked how our trip was.

I book with Magnum 3-4 times a week

I book with Magnum 3-4 times a week, I always ring them @ 2am to prebook my taxi for 6am (I work nights, so I'm on a break then) always greeted politely. The Taxi is always waiting for me when I walk out of work. 5 star service.

They are great on time keeping

They are great on time keeping. Majority of the drivers are super polite and helpful with my luggage some are chatty while some are quiet control keep me up to date if there's a delay. Drops me off as close as possible to my door. I just love these.guys Good job .booking done in a jiffy price. Not over the top thanks guys.

Easy booking process via the app

Easy booking process via the app. The app let's you track the journey if the taxi is booked for someone else.
Fair prices and the drivers are generally happy, helpful and polite.
I feel the service has improved over the last couple of weeks 😊

Happy to continue to call

Prompt attendance at time requested. Clean vehicle with polite driver. And reasonable prices for the journeys. I actually haven't used another firm for the past 3 years at least.
