Ordered a Superdry Coat that was seemingly out of stock on Superdry's own site for my size. It was shipped the next day and was exactly what I ordered. The price was the same as the SuperDry site with the 30% discount and shipping was free. Cannot have been a more smooth purchase from Griggs and would definitely buy from them again.

I always think that you only get to see the quality of a business with how they deal with adversity. Bought a pair of Barbour boots at Xmas and last week they ‘sprung a leak’. The returns process was swift and a new pair arrived four working days after my initial contact. Obviously I would have preferred not to have to return the boots but I can’t fault how I was dealt with!

I ordered a Barbour Modern Beaufort jacket in X large.
Barbours sizing is so random. I have jackets in L, Xl and Xxl and they all fit.
I ordered a Modern Beaufort jacket in XL & it was like a tent.
I returned it to change for A large.
I must say the customer services were brilliant. All emails answered with professional courtesy & new jacket arrived.

Purchased a pair of Blundstone boots for the very good price of £69.95. Order was then cancelled by Magrigg citing nil stock. This was clearly nonsense as they were still available on the website. The price also jumped to £169.95 after my purchase. If prices are lusted incorrectly online, companies are legally bound to honour the sale until corrections are made. I am really not impressed with a company that sends out emails informing the customer their order has been cancelled stating no stock when online it is clearly in stock albeit at a much higher price. This is not only morally unethical it is dishonest.
Will never use this company again.
Recieved another email from magrigg telling me the incorrect price was the real reason for the cancellation. Companies should still honour the sale regardless as I have aprocessed order and therefore a contract in effect, it also confirms to me that the first excuse used about nil stock was simply not true and designed to deliberately misleading the customer. This is awful behaviour from a recognised and well known company.

I orderd a Berghaus gilet and it was delivered very quickly by the Royal Mail which is great and not Evri or DPD as the parcel would most definitely have been posted.

Ordered a Barbour jacket. Cheaper than anywhere else by £50. Came in a couple of days and then used the saved money to buy the liner. All communication with company promptly answered. Will be using again.

Misleading discount for all new customers.
Having signed up as a new customer and joining their mailing list, I ordered a pair of HollandCooper shoes.
Despite trying several times to enter the 10% discount code sent by Griggs, it came up as invalid.
I ordered the full price shoes anyway as they were to be a gift.
On reading the T&C’s i could not see a reason for the decline. I contacted Griggs who informed me that the new customer discount did not apply to all their brands and apologised for the omission in the T&C’s.
Not good business practice.
Must admit though, fastest delivery!

I ordered a jacket on line and paid on my card. After two hours I was contacted to say it wasn’t in stock but on line it was showing “in stock”. They put through a standard refund taking up to 5 working days, thus not enabling to purchase the jacket elsewhere. Disgusting service. Why say it’s in stock when it isn’t…

Placed my order - Two days later having received no further update, emails, information, dispatch? nothing. I had to contact them to check what was happening? I received a reply “ I will chase this with the warehouse for you to see what I can find out”
FIVE days later.. no further update? No reply? Still no dispatch? What happened to chasing it up? The only further contact I received? When I again emailed them to complain and cancel my order.
Excuses given? everything from Staff shortages, server outages, can’t locate stock, miscommunication between teams…. absolutely useless.
- Best part is they’d still not managed to dispatched any of my order.
Worst service I’ve received from any company online. Useless people, can’t even do the bare minimum.
- Oh thank you, I should be grateful. Yes you have now provided me with a refund… after I had to contact you again to cancel my order because you can’t complete simple tasks. Well done 👍🏻
