Never received my subscription

I purchased an annual magazine subscription from MagsConnect on December 18, 2025 as a gift. Over three months later, the subscription has never arrived.

I emailed multiple times and their phone number doesn’t work. Each response I received was vague, saying they would “look into it,” but nothing ever happened.

I had to open a credit card dispute to get my money back. Based on my experience it seems like the company fails to deliver subscriptions, despite a high rating on Trustpilot.

I cannot recommend this company and would caution anyone considering ordering through them.

Excellent service

I've never had a problem with Magsconnect.
By renewing early there won't be a lapse in receiving my People magazine.
I'm going to look at other magazines to see if I want to subscribe to them.

Biggest scam

Biggest scam. I bought a year of Astronomy Magazine, never received it. Contacted Magsconnect multiple times over 4 months, only to learn they don't deliver and will switch to online only. No partial refund. The online version isn't supported and I have buy it again from another provider. They don't answer emails anymore. Avoid them.
