This is a top company selling REAL magnesium Glycinate, I was using Herb ology before, for years. Only to ask GROK if it was real and it said it was impossible to have more than 14.1% elementalal magnesium, herb ology buffer it with magnesium oxide!!!!!! Con men. I'm very secure and happy FINDING this brand, thanks to GROK. I tell every one about this brand. I love it. My deep sleep has increased too and I het less heart palpitations due to my mthfr gene, as I'm actually taking magnesium that can be absorbed, now. God bless.

I take triple magnesium complex in the morning and bisglycinate before sleep.

The product I purchased, Triple Magnesium Complex, is of the best quality on the market, 100% pure, unadulterated, with no nasties (additives etc). As there was a special offer on, a discount for new customers, I got a personalised reminder of this from Magsupps. Then when I forgot to include the code for the offer at the checkout and subsequently asked if the difference between what I had paid, the discount amount, could be refunded, they promptly accepted my request and dealt with it. So top marks all round!

Only just started using these so not able to offer recommendations … I’m disappointed there was not an information leaflet outlining more information. I’m unsure if I should be taking these 3 x daily with food, or, take 3 pills prior to bedtime. I’d like to know if you can break the shell and dissolve in water??

I have suffered with sleep problems for years and the menopause has made it worse. I read that these tablets would help with sleep issues and after trying everything I could think of I didn’t hold out much hope, however, I was wrong ,these have been a lifesaver 20 years of waking up on and off all night, now I wake only once they are my miracle. I take them just before bed and sleep so much better. Well worth a try.
