Order placed 3rd December

Order placed 3rd December. Not received .No update .

After email on 16 th December to enquire why my order had not been dispatched . A customer service team member was very apologetic and helpful .
The items were then dispatched . One was not available and has been refunded .
Parcel arrived 18 th December .
Plus email apologies. The items received were of good quality and well packaged.
Thanks for resolving the issue .

Beautiful Plates

I purchased 4 Spode salad plates from Mahahome. Delivery was speedy and the plates were very well packaged. I was very pleased with the plates which had been represented accurately in photographs.

Cancelled order after I’d paid

1st time using this company, paid for the item and a couple of days later got an email saying the orders been cancelled and refunded! Bought the same item of Amazon in the end!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order as we strictly adhere to legal requirements for bladed products. You placed an order for a knife block, but the age verification process was not completed within the given timeframe and subsequently failed three times.

As per our policy, we sent you an email explaining that the order would be cancelled due to the failed verification. We understand this may be frustrating, but compliance with age-restricted product regulations is essential.

Arrived quickly and well packed

Arrived quickly and well packed. The delivery driver just put the parcel by the door, he knew we were in as our dog barked and we were telling him to stop so he didn't even see me let alone check my age. They were only paring knives but they could have been larger. The knives are lovely.

I'd never heard of Mahahome before placing my order, but the Trustpilot reviews were good so I was happy to proceed. They provided the product I wanted at the most competitive price, despatched and delivered promptly. I would definitely use again.
