3 day delivery undelivered almost 3 weeks later
First item I purchased was delivered the next day with no issue. The next item I ordered is still pending delivery. I have been given three separate dates and each time the item is not delivered. The item is still displayed on the website with a delivery of 3 - 5 days. I have received multiple responses from customer service but they still haven’t been able to fulfil my order. I have received a refund on the delivery charge and a 10% discount on the item but all of this is irrelevant if the item is still not delivered. I have no confidence in this online store and held back from ordering another item I was interested in. I will be asking for a refund in the next few days.

An item I purchased from maharishi was faulty and ripped on first use despite matching in size of items previously purchased from the store. I have contacted maharishi several times and yet to receive a response. Bad product even worse customer service.
