After having two previous amazing trips using Mahlatini we decided to take our children and grandchildren on safari to Kenya. Stuart was extremely helpful deciding which properties were suitable for our group and kept in touch advising on flights for both families from different parts of the UK. When Covid 19 hit we kept in touch following what could become of our trip and spoke frankly with him. Eventually we had to postpone our trip to next year and Stuart put our minds at rest by changing all our plans to 2021. We look forward to next year - thank you.

Booking our dream honeymoon to South Africa was such a pleasure thanks to all the hard work from Caroline! We were in touch with little itinerary changes and she sorted them for us with absolutely no problem and with such a quick turnaround. Every part of the experience felt luxurious, bespoke and extremely filled with expertise and knowledge. I would recommend working with Caroline to absolutely everyone!!

We have been very impressed with the care and dedication that the team at Mahlatini have show us. We had to move our holiday dates twice due to the pandemic and we received the best care both times, with nothing being to much trouble. They made sure that we still had a fabulous holiday to look forward too, that was stress free and everything that we hoped it would be when we originally book it.

We have had a wonderful experience working with this agency and Caroline Groeneveldt. When COVID happened my fiance and I had to push back our wedding one year. We reached out to Caroline to let her know that we needed to delay our honeymoon and she immediately sprung into action. She was able to rebook most of our trip and had a great alternative for the part of the trip we couldn't rebook. Caroline responds quickly and has great ideas for our trip that we had not thought of. We originally spoke with two other agencies but immediately upon chatting with Caroline I knew this was the one. I am so glad we chose them and can't wait to actually go on our honeymoon!

Claire Picknell is amazing. Kudos to her and all the folks at Mahlatini. Needed to change our trip date due to Covid concerns. We are all set for the trip of a lifetime in 2021.

Holiday cancelled but received first class service to rebook 12 months on. Cannot thank Mahlatini enough for the first class service and would not hesitate to recommend. Top class company and fantastic sensitive and loyal staff 👍👍

Fabulous attention to detail and communication. I would highly recommend this company. Sadly due to COVID we could not take our honeymoon yet and have delayed the trip for a year. I will chime in thereafter as to the experience promised.

We had our honeymoon scheduled for July of 2020 and had to reschedule to July 2021 as a result of COVID-19. Stuart was extremely helpful in processing our request, speaking to all parties, and ensuring we’d have a honeymoon to remember (just pushed back a year).

Due to COVID, my trip to Africa (June 2020) had to be rescheduled...Claire Picknell, Mahlatini travel expert, kept me informed of the changing travel restrictions and provided options, along with her recommendations, making my decisions easy. In addition, Mahlatini provided the legal information I needed to know my deposit monies were safe even if Mahlatini didn't survive. My wife and I looking forward to our trip in 2021
