BEWARE. Not professional cleaners.

BEWARE they have no idea of the cleaning process nor customer service. I doubt that their good reviews on google are true.
The first point of contact is rude. They ask for cash payment in advance, proposing you an “deal”at a good price,
and asking the owner not to be around when the team cleans. They send you untrained people, nice people but NOT professional cleaners. As per respecting your belongings: While checking on them I found one of them on the ladder, with a foot on a ladder step and one on my mahogany side table while hoovering the picture rail, to be more stable. later I found her rolling the wheels of their Harry Hoover on the top of my french console table. The other cleaner, spent 3 Hours cleaning the kitchen. I expected the kitchen to being sparkly, but when I checked her job I was surprised she hadn’t degreased any of the units doors. A job that was supposed to last 3-4 hours lasted 7 hours. The house was lived in but clean as in a normal dwelling, nothing was too dirty, nor cluttered so ther was no excuse for such a shit job.The results were far from satisfactory. I paid them what agreed out of human compassion, they were two poor women who did their best considering they had no clue on what professional cleaning is.
After they left I questioned the rude woman about their hourly fees. Allegedly they charge £65/hour plus VAT so “I was lucky to get such great bargain for my place!”
Advice: stay clear of them

Terrible agency

We love the cleaner she was polite , profesional and caring sadly the person that answers the phone or manage is so rude, she scream/ shout because she wants the payment to be done now as our cleaner was cleaning and we were thinking to extend other hour… border line great maid terrible management.
From the way they handle the first call until the invoice process is hush and unprofessional. Not nice to deal with the agency .
P.s the maid lost her opportunity to have a nice contract :(
