A scam. No one replies, no one comes, and yet I still got billed. Shameful.

As a customer I enjoyed the experience with MaidsApp. The app is super easy to use and their team is always ready to assist. The app provided me with different options for cleaning depending on the size of the apartment I was renting in California and I was able to see who took my order before she arrived. The maid did an awesome job too.
