Ordered 2 dresses, different shades of blue - one was green and one was more lilac upon arrival.
Dresses felt nice quality, just wrong colour.

Issue receiving refunds due to them not receiving messages from ‘offline chat’ function (despite receiving message sent confirmation). Still awaiting refunds, but apologies received for the delay.

Such a great experience in store and online! We tried on dresses in the store then waited for the right sizes to come online. Beautiful dresses, which made it so hard to choose.

The delivery never arrived, initially got an email on the Sunday that the parcel was due to be delivered on the Tuesday. Then on the Saturday I got an email saying the parcel was being returned to vendor. It was never attempted to be delivered and nobody has got back to my email querying this.

Ordered two bridesmaid dresses for my daughter to try on, and then returned one which was too small. Having been told in the shop that it was free returns, we had to pay to return, and now - over a month later - I still haven't had a refund, even though they acknowledged receipt the day it arrived with them. I've raised this with them, and over a week later, still no joy in obtaining the refund. I've now raised a dispute through Amex. Suggest buying on a credit card if you can and keeping an eye out for refunds if you are owed, as it seems their processes leave something to be desired...

Fast delivery. Beautiful fabric, great design and lovely fit. Highly recommend. Excellent value.

My sister brought me a dress to be her bridesmaid I loved it. The most beautiful colour and I've already reworn it.

I took one of my bridesmaids for a weekday appointment at Maids to Measure and it absolutely made my week. The dresses looked even more beautiful in person and the team was super knowledgeable and jumped in when needed but also gave us space to discuss things on our own. The team's general cool, calm and collected approach not only made me feel so much better about the bridesmaids dresses but my wedding in general and I left feeling a lot calmer. Any logistics regarding the dresses were communicated clearly and we both left knowing what the next steps are. The only thing left is to choose which dresses to pick which has absolutely been the most difficult aspect! I could not recommend the lovely team and gorgeous dresses at Maids to Measure more.

Really good customer service in store. My bridesmaids tried on a good range of sizes, styles and colours. We chose the dress on the same day and ordered online. It arrived within two days which was nice and quick.

I will note that the dress arrived very crumbled. It will likely need to be steamed before and on the day. Also, the dresses are very long. My bridesmaids are 5”6 and 5”8 and they still need to be taken up a couple of inches.

I'm getting married in May and popped in to Jess at Maids to Measure in Chelsea yesterday with my sister/maid of honour. She squeezed us in even though we didn't have an appointment, was so helpful and positive. She had us laughing out loud and made the whole experience so easy. The dresses are gorgeous and we have ordered now. Thanks again Jess!

Beautiful dresses & fantastic quality! I was really struggling to find my bridesmaid dresses. I tried multiple brands but I had a vision of what I wanted them to look like - a particular colour and style! I was over the moon when I saw Maids to Measure stocked exactly what I was looking for. Delivered incredibly quickly and packaged beautifully. So well-made, and the fit was perfect! I absolutely love the dresses as do my bridesmaids! Thank you

Lovely dresses, very flattering and the material is lovely. The only reason to give this 4 instead of 5 stars is because the website said 28 day return but the receipt in the box the dresses said 14 days. (We ordered a few styles as bridesmaids to see which ones we liked best). Otherwise great company, would buy from again.

Had an excellent experience at maids to measure. My wedding is in August and I wanted my bridesmaids to feel comfortable and confident in their dresses. From the second we stepped foot in the shop, the team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they let us get on with what we needed and stepped in at the perfect times to support with their opinions. The dresses have now arrived and are perfect.

Dresses arrived on time, but were not the quality I expected and fabric felt lighter than the price indicated. The colour however was spot on.
The issue came with the returns process. I sent them back (no qr codes or returns label. Very old school process), and heard nothing after my tracking said it had been received. I checked in and was told the package had arrived and refund would be processed but that they did not usually confirm receipt of return! I thought this was very strange considering these are not cheap items! I did not receive the refund in their stated timeline so I reached back out only to be told the package had never arrived. I was hundreds of pounds out of pocket and panicing. I emailed with a different person each time and noone would agree to speak to me on the phone. Mine was an usual situation as after some investigation (on my part) the package was mis delivered by royal mail to another brand. Luckily that brand was kind, understanding, spoke on the phone found the package and forwarded the package to Maids to Measure. I eventually got my money back but was told it may be delayed further as they were busy over Christmas.
If there had been kindness or grace offered by them I would not have reviewed, but I intentionally bought from them to avoid Chinese stores and brands to 'buy local'. It was not worth it.
