Art shipping service that you should AVOID at all costs

Art shipping service that we will be reporting to Trading Standards for misrepresentation. We shipped an artwork having read the website service decription which is basically a LIE. The artwork was not carefully handled, the service was not 'white glove', the artwork was delivered by Parcelforce and arrived (very) badly damaged. Despite taking out enhanced insurance they are still quibbling about refunding us, six weeks on.
