Free email sender with prod and test environments

The free version works completly fine for a simple contact form email sender.

They even provide you a test account different to the main one, so you don't get your prod environment tagged as spam.

Responsive, patient, and highly professional support from Mihael

I recently went through Mailjet’s onboarding and domain verification process, and I’m very impressed by the level of support I received from Mihael.

He was consistently responsive, patient, and very clear in guiding me through each step — from domain alignment and authentication to resolving configuration issues and ensuring that my initial sending limits were properly set for testing. His explanations were concise, accurate, and genuinely helpful, especially given that my website was still under active development.

It’s rare to receive support that is both technically knowledgeable and truly considerate, and Mihael delivered exactly that.

Excellent customer support!

I worked with two agents during my contact for support, first, Sree and, second, Lara. Sree, who after initial conversation realized I would be better assisted by another team, transferred my ticket to the more appropriate team. My ticket was picked up by Lara. I worked with Lara to full resolution thereafter. The entire time, communication was professional, friendly, and germane. My support was provided entirely over email asynchronously and I am really pleased with 1) the frequency of updates and 2) being accurately informed on what to expect along the way.

An unbeatable support service

MailJet makes sending bulk emails incredibly easy. It's user-friendly and has the right tools to create attractively designed emails. The service is just BAD

The service is just BAD. Not friendly for the startups. I had to wait 3 days for my support tickets being seen. I was not able to verify my domain because of "unknown error". It is just bad. Search another mailing company.

Mailjet: A Solution for IOT and Small Applications

Mailjet: What a Great Company!

I was recently searching for a reliable way to send alarm emails from an IoT device, and ChatGPT recommended Mailjet. When I went to sign up, I quickly saw that the platform is really designed for businesses and larger-scale email automation—not a simple once-a-week IoT alert system.

So I reached out to their support team, expecting a form reply… and instead received a thoughtful response from an actual person. After asking a few clarifying questions, they decided my little project was worth supporting.

Thanks to that, I now have a clean, dependable, and easy-to-integrate email notification setup for my IoT device. Very cool—and a little bit of early Santa magic! 🎅
