This Platform Does Not Work
I am still not entirely sure what this platform is supposed to accomplish, but the one thing it makes clear almost immediately is that it does not work at all let alone as advertised.
Within seconds of attempting setup, we tried to configure separate email functions for a blog mailing list and a company mailing account. We were abruptly blocked, apparently because both accounts were associated with the same IP address. This restriction was not made clear upfront. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, we were sent a vague, poorly written system message stating the accounts were blocked.
When we contacted support for clarification, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. We were told the accounts were “related” and permanently banned, despite the fact that we never successfully used the platform or sent anything through it. There was no meaningful opportunity to resolve the issue or even properly test the service. They were arrogant and they used part of their 15 minutes of fame.
From what we were able to see before being blocked, the interface itself feels outdated, slow, and underdeveloped. The platform appears antiquated and not competitive with modern alternatives. Performance was sluggish, and the overall experience lacked polish or reliability.
The most frustrating part is not the time lost, but how quickly it became apparent that this is not a viable solution. On the positive side, it only takes a few seconds to realize this and move on to something that actually functions.
What is disappointing is seeing this service appear prominently in search results, despite the product failing at the most basic level of usability. In our experience, it was a waste of time—albeit a brief one—and not something we would consider using or recommending.
