Great Tool, But the Reply Change Is Frustrating

Edit 03/18/2026:
After updating my review to 5 stars when I was told the issue had been fixed, I’ve noticed the behavior has started reverting again. The reply function is slowly going back to replying to the reminder email instead of the original recipient.

I’m hoping this is just an inconsistency or partial rollout issue, but it’s concerning given the previous communication. I’ll continue monitoring and update again if it stabilizes.

Edit 02/16/2026 Only a few days after I wrote the review (yet 7 months after I reported the issue) I recieved an email stating it was actually a bug that has been corrected. Updated to 5 stars. Original review below - "I’ve been using Mailtrack on the paid version and overall it’s a great tool. The tracking and reminders work well and it’s been very helpful for staying on top of emails.

However, they recently changed how the reply function works when you click “Reply” from an email reminder. Instead of replying directly to the person I’m being reminded to email, it now replies to the reminder email itself. That means I have to scroll up to the original message, click the three dots, and find “Reply All” manually. It’s a small change, but it adds unnecessary friction every time.

I contacted support and was told this was an intentional change, not a bug, and that there are no plans to revert it. That’s disappointing, especially for paid users.

I still think it’s a solid product, but this workflow change is a nuisance. If I come across another service that handles this better, I’d seriously consider switching."

I have just uninstalled mailsuite ..

I have just uninstalled mailsuite ... Was actually pretty happy until it hijacked my email, and I was unable to send anything out until I had 'enabled' a bulk feature. After a lot of digging, I find that this would have put me on a higher monthly subscription rate. I am very anti any company using dark patterns to trap consumers, and this is right up there. Poor show, mailsuite.

Used to be a decent service

Used to be a decent service, now nothing more than a money-grab. they consistently remove features away from the free plan, moving it over to the paid plan, and have also increased the cost of the paid plan, going from a $9.99 monthly option, to now nothing aside from a $19.99 monthly option. I had original considered upgrading but after these recent changes, I have no interest in enabling this behavior by paying and have decided to switch to other services.

It does what it's supposed to

It does what it's supposed to. It's just expensive for a little info, and they're incredibly harassing. Every other day you get an email saying your email hasn't been read, which is a bit annoying.

I do not recommend Mailsuite

I do not recommend Mailsuite. In my experience, they will take your money when you upgrade and later downgrade your account to the free plan, essentially stealing. When you try to contact them, it says only paid accounts can contact them. When you send emails to every email address they have, no response. It is a scam. That was my experience with one account; on a separate account, I paid to upgrade, and it failed, but still charged me, and the error said to contact their upgrades email; no one ever responded. I had to go through PayPal to get refunded. I do not recommend it based on my multiple bad experiences

Awful Support

Great product, when it works.

But unfortunately I have been getting error messages when trying to connect my Gmail to Mailsuite and have been trying to contact their support since MAY, even upgraded my plan to their advanced plan to get better support and cannot get a single reply.

The one thing i really valued on this was the number of views to an email and its been taken away

The one thing i really valued on the free option was seeing the number of views. This is important given the reasons i send emails. this function has been taken away and therefore gives me no incentive to pay for any other service. the number of views gives you an idea of how well you reach your audience and then allows you to make decisions about how you can refine the data you want to improve your service and what level of upgrade would be useful. its just greedy and shameful of mailsuite to take this initial and important function away.

False read

Shows when they opened email but also registers when I’ve opened it and uses their name??? What kind of hoax is this? I’m not sure I believe that someone opened my email 11 times so I tracked it and guess what they didn't, I was the one reopening to see if they had responded and the extension registers it has them opening it :(

Need Urgent Response

Need Urgent Response
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support over the past 30 days now.

Since Monday, April 21st, your service has been completely non-functional for me. Every time I try to log in and enable the extension, it keeps redirecting me to the authorization page in a loop. The extension stays disabled no matter what I do.

I have:

Cleared cookies and cache

Reinstalled the extension and browser

Tried multiple browsers and devices

Nothing has worked.

I’ve sent multiple emails to your support team and even reached out via LinkedIn, but have received no response at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’m a paying subscriber.

Please resolve this issue immediately or refund the subscription. I expect at least a basic level of customer service — right now, it feels like none exists.

A complete pile of garbage

A complete pile of garbage. Does not work in Outlook. In future, please develop something that remotely does something it is supposed to. What a complete and utter useless experience. Thought that it was supposed to be good, with a lot of talk about it, however, a bigger pile of hogwash one does not get. Rather close it down.

I canceled this service two years ago but they continue to charge me. I am reporting them to my bank to have the charges reversed.

You don’t need this service. Nobody does.
