Sizing way off, poor quality, refund refused
I ordered several Hugo Boss jumpers from Mainline Menswear, confident in the sizing because I own a lot of Hugo Boss and always wear the same size. When they arrived, they were significantly smaller than expected, unlike any other Hugo Boss item I own. The fabric felt thin and cheap, not up to the standard I know from the brand, and the overall feel left me questioning whether they were up to the quality I’d expect. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly hospitalised, which meant I missed the 14-day returns window by just a few days. The return window felt very short compared to many online retailers, and there was no flexibility after an unforeseen hospital stay.
Despite explaining my situation, they refused a refund and charged ten pounds to return the items. I was left out of pocket and extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I’d advise others to be very cautious when ordering from Mainline Menswear.

We are sorry the items quality and fit did not meet your expectations. We aim to ensure that all images are a true reflection of the products. The items you ordered are described as ‘lightweight and loungewear'. This information is available on the product page within the item description.
Our return's information is available to view online, and we would always advise customers to familiarise themselves with the policy prior to placing an order. No contact was made prior to returning the order and unfortunately this did fall outside of the 14-day refund period.
The returns fee applies to all customers and is charged at a competitive rate which allows us to provide a fully tracked and insured service. You were only charged £3.99 for this service.
Should you purchase from us in the future we do offer a free measuring service which may be helpful in finding the correct fit.
