Incredible company to deal with . Their products are all top quality and copetetivley priced , but the thing that really moves them to next level are the people . You can tell they are enthusiasts first and really know their stuff . So nice that there are still UK companies who:
1) answer the phone quickly and politely,
2) answer questions honestly,
3) do what they say they will do,
4) keep in contact with the customer during the transaction process.

I have only praise for Tristan at Mainspring Watches who dealt with my query, and then purchase, swiftly and professionally but also in a friendly manner. Fully intend and hope to use again!

Tristian could not have been more helpful made buying process super easy I even managed to drop the watch I’d had it for 2months I sent it back to him he got it fixed sent it back all at no cost to me can’t recommend enough nice thing as well they own all there stock and nothing on consignment all I can say is buy with confidence you will not be disappointed

Absolutely superb. Tristan was excellent - my only regret is not being able to have dealt face to face! I traded a piece for two of Tristans watches - one of which wasn't even advertised, I'd simply expressed what I'd like in my first communication with him.

Fantastic buying experience (online) with Mainspring Watches. Very easy to communicate with, with almost instant replies whatever time of day or night I messaged. Easy discussion over part exchange with very fair offers for my watches. My final purchase was an outstanding piece at a great price, securely packaged and delivered as soon as possible after I finalised payment. Altogether a great watch buying experience and will happily do so again.

From the moment I first had contact with Mainspring, I have had total confidence in the watch I purchased and the delivery system they have used.
