I ordered a new strap for my AVI-8 watch on the 2nd of November after looking for a replacement for the last few months.

I came across Mainspring Boutique & initially had my doubts, but I cannot express how impressed I am with the service and delivery as 3 days later the strap arrived.

It was not only an OEM strap, with branding stamped into the buckle, it came in a little pouch too. A nice touch.

OK, so it's not an expensive watch - but if you're looking for great service at a good price then have a look at Mainspring Boutique!

I’ve dealt with mainspring for a few years , and have had great watches . I’ve had no issues with them and I’ve had prompt reply’s from Sarah customer services on a recent buy , the watch was fine and I’ve just purchased on a fantastic deal .

' CUSTOMER SUPPORT 'AND ADVISED THE
AGENT ' SARAH ' OF MY SITUATION AND ENQUIRED IF SHE COULD ARRANGE A ' HOME PICK -UP , DEDUCTING THE COST FROM MY REFUND . SARAH ARRANGED THIS

ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION I ADVISED SARAH THAT HAVING LOOKED AT PICTURES OF THE WATCH ON THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE ~ I HAD NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE~ THAT IF IT WAS EASIER FOR THE COMPANY , I COULD KEEP THE WATCH AS IT HAD ' GROWN ON ME '. They have a great selection of watches and dealt with my enquiries quickly. Very professional and dealt with my order cancellation quickly.

Appalling service and terrible quality of products.
I purchased a watch that I had to chase them for as it went way beyond the 10 days quoted for delivery.
The watch arrived with a massive crack right across the centre of the face.
They have not responded to any e-mails. They do not answer the phone, which is an 0845 number so incurs cost when phoning via mobile.
I am having to raise a case with Paypal.
