Costly hidden costs, be careful.

Product ( R. M. Williams belt) advertised as free shipping. Then when I ordered and paid for it I get an email from DHL saying I have to pay shipping or item will not be delivered. I asked the company to cancel the order and they refused saying its my fault for not checking. To add insult to injury I them had to pay an additional import tax which was 26% of the cost of the product. Dreadful customer service and the bottom line is they just want a sale. Belt ended up costing me DOUBLE what I should have paid. I would negative stars if possible.
