Recently called upon Maintracts for several jobs in my kitchen and bathrooms (leaking taps and cistern, weak flush, faulty mixer tap). Harrison completed all of the jobs to a high standard. He was a great communicator. He explained the problems in simple language and proposed solutions. He reliably sourced the necessary parts and visited again for their installation. He carefully and thoughtfully carried out the jobs and made sure they were finished well. Harrison provided excellent service. I highly recommend Maintracts.

Great service this morning from Toby.
He was unable to fix leak as it was down to the dishwasher itself but cleared all the water out of it and disconnected.
Also offered advice on new dishwasher when I asked him.

I had a hot water cyclinder replaced (work carried out by Toby). The initial ‘survey’ appointment was thorough and helped to explain the options. Prices were made clear up front and were transparent. Toby was punctual and courteous at all times. The replacement of the cylinder was straight forward and undertaken in the time specified. Work undertaken was neat and well cleared up afterwards etc.

Maintracts replaced the hot water cylinder in my flat and as always did an excellent job, on time and for the quoted price. Toby talked me through the job and is extremely experienced and knowledgable. I have used this company for years. They are excellent.

As a property managing agent I need to have a reliable and efficient contractor when it comes to heating and plumbing. Maintracts are by far the best contractor I have come across in this field. All the staff are personable and experienced.

Cannot recommend this company enough. After having an extremely bad experience with another plumber Malcolm spent nearly 1 hour on facetime looking at what needed to be done to. Someone came out the next day to assess the situation and after being told by another company I needed a new boiler, they were able to fix it in under 2 hours in the next visit. Malcolm has taken the time to write me a detailed report about what was wrong with my boiler and all the incorrect substandard work that had been done by the previous plumber which is helping me to make a claim and retrieve money wasted.

Super professional, very polite, very thorough! Malcolm is great and I'd definitely use Maintracts again. Had an issue develop late on a Sunday night and these guys were here for me. Great stuff!

Toby was brilliant! He diagnosed and solved my water-pressure problem speedily and effectively, succeeding where two previous plumbers had failed. The best plumbing service I’ve had in 35 years of property ownership.

Jake was great. He was helpful, professional, efficient and helped us out with the pipe blockage. Very honest with the way he dealt with the issue and contacted our agency for the invoice. Really happy with the service and will definitely go them next time too!

We used Maintract Services Ltd to resolve a small gas leak in the home, resulting in the gas supply being disconnected. Our experience from begin to end was faultless. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and very professional. We felt confident that we were being treated fairly and not being ripped off.

Malcolm was our first point of contact and he was extremely helpful and reassuring over the phone. He went out of his way to help using FaceTime, as the problem occurred over the weekend and there was no availability until the Monday.

Matthew who came to assess was meticulous and very thorough in his assessment.

The actual work was carried out by Jack who is highly professional, punctual, and did a clean and tidy job that we are extremely pleased with. He provided regular updates with what was happening and successfully completed the work.

Engineer arrived prompt at 8am and diagnosed the fault with our water pressure within 20 minutes. He replaced the electrical switches. The price was less than half that estimated for 2hrs initial visit. We needed a new water cylinder , it was ordered and replaced within the week. Toby did all the work. He was very friendly, professional and patient, even when we asked obvious questions. Very efficient and left everything clean and tidy.

We had a blockage in our kitchen pipework which connects the washing machine / dish washer. This then made our boiler to stop working. We had no hot water. I called Maintracts and Malcom answered my call and reassured me that he was sending Scott out to resolve our problem. Scott arrived and was extremely helpful in explaining and also fixing our problem. Thank you Scott!

I needed to replace an old faulty boiler and contacted Maintracts after reading all the great reviews - was not disappointed.
Toby provided a great assessment of the situation and answered all questions about my options.

Toby managed to fully replace the old boiler and install a new one, while also doing extra diligence: during an installation he noticed that electric wiring was messed up, which would have lead to the new boiler becoming faulty the next day. He managed to work around it.

The flat was left clean and tidy and all the old materials were utilised by him.

Top service, would definitely recommend.

MB has quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot water not and repaired the problem with a valve that he had in his van. He was very polite, helpful and punctual. Maintracts are always quick to help.
