I got scammed as well, purchased jacket for 70 CHf, it took very long to come and was very bad chineese quality, also it was very big and i ordered them for change of size, they requested me to take picture of me wearing it which i did, and then they gave me the address where to send it. The supposed customer support "Sarah Büttler" stopped answering my emails and now the website and email address is not exsisting!!
Do not order from this company. All clothes comes from China. Extremely long delivery. No communication through customer service. No information up front about the long delivery time. The company uses swiss website, which makes you think the products are made locally, but they are not. Reading other reviews, returns wont be possible. If you think of the environment, do not order from this company!
There pictures are really misleading, the quality is really bad and cheap.
Total scam - you cannot send anything back and it probably comes from China. DO NOT BUY from them. Terrible quality and bad service.

They pretend to be a local shop in Zurich, but they are operating from China. They will send at best cheap knockoffs from China, and there are NO returns and refunds!!!!
