They disable right-clicking and developer tools on their site, probably to prevent you from reverse-searching their photos. Dropshipped crap; avoid like the plague

What i thought was a ceramic toilet roll holder arrived as a plastic toilet roll holder that cost me $50. When I enquired to return they advised me to send it back to Texas and they would consider a refund when they got it back. So who knows if they would or not???? Scammers

Same complaint as other people- the product is not AS VIEWED- it is way smaller! do NOT buy from this company. its a scam! and deceitful

I ordered items from this company. No goods arrived. They tried to tell me they had attempted delivery but noone was home (I was home all day). They then pretended they had left the items in s local collection point and gave me 1 hour to collect, which of course is impossible. They are now intimating that the goods have been returned to their warehouse and they will not redeliver nor refund. I've been fighting this for 5 weeks. They are scammers. Do not purchase anything from them.

Even one star is too good for this appalling company! I ordered a pair of flutes well in time for Christmas. The tracking showed ‘courier collected’ on 16th December but nothing else. I contacted Maison & Fitch on 20th and they promised to expedite! When the courier eventually knocked at my door on 29th December, he handed me a Jiffy bag of broken glass!!! The two glasses had been covered with a small piece of bubble wrap and put into a poor quality Jiffy bag! This packaging wouldn’t even be suitable for an unbreakable product, let alone glasses!!! So poorly packaged - so late and so clearly used to this, as when I wrote asking for a refund, the response was as if this is an everyday occurrence!!!!! Give this company a very wide berth!!!!!

Ordered 4 champagne glasses, which took a month to be delivered (dumped on the doorstep). The glasses were shattered to pieces as they had been put in a jiffy bag & then popped into the post.
Who in their right mind expects glass to survive such a process?
I did complain on the same day of delivery & my email complaint count is now rising as I am recieving zero correspondence from them. They are ignoring my requests for refund.
Do not use this company.

Maison and Fitch came up as an advert and looked perfect item for Christmas present. Purchesed 2 champagne glasses and after 2.5 weeks no delivery with tracking showing "Courier picked up" for over a week. Customer services dont respond. Avoid Avoid Avoid

An expensive front for what is essentially TEMU crap. Can't believe I fell for the nice looking website!

Ordered two items about 2 months ago. They haven’t arrived yet. Tried getting in touch through email and just get an automated response. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered some cushions from here. The website looks very upmarket and quality-focussed but basically it's mutton dressed as lamb!

All goods are from China. My goods did arrive but the cushions are sparsely filled and therefore "floppy" and not really fit for purpose.

Temu dropshipping scam. Google Reverse Image Search any product and get it far cheaper.

I placed an order for several items on their website. Took ages to arrive and the glass bowl was shattered into pieces. I took a photo and sent to them. They said that I was not entitled to a refund as I didn’t contact them within three days of the package arriving. There is a U.K. law to protect all online customers which they clearly didn’t care about. If goods are faulty, a customer is given 14 days to contact the shipper for a refund. That is the law. They are now offering a refund. I can’t recommend this company as other items were poor quality for the cost.

I would suggest being very careful to order from this company. I ordered a simple set of hand towels. I am shocked to learn they are being dispatched to me from China. The amount of fossil fuel and logistics for an individual order of hand towels is astonishing! I was told this is described in the FAQ which is practically useless. I am incredibly disappointed in myself for making this order and would have never made it had i known.

Do not buy from this company. Amazing marketing, terrible, over priced, poor quality products. I ordered 4 luxury suit hangers. They took weeks to arrive and were £38.00 for 4. When they arrived you had to make them up yourself and every one was damaged. Absolute waste of money only fit for the bin. Don’t be taken in by the adverts - you could buy better quality for way less on eBay / Amazon and have them delivered next day. I was fooled ! Not going to bother sending back as I suspect it will be difficult and time consuming- life is too short. Avoid this company at all costs!

ok, felt for it again, beautiful pic on instagram and they keep on haunting you. A gorgegous oyster dish, a lovely oil bottle. well received it and you know it:
awful, small, made in chine factories and nothing like promised. Can slap myself for falling for it again!

If there is an issue with the product they do not reply to emails..
Twice I have had a broken item and after the second delivery when that was also broken I sent three emails for a replacement but have not received a reply or my money back.
They want you to buy their goods but don't follow up when complaints are made..

Poor quality, lousy customer service. I recently purchased a bathroom mat. It is so small and thin. Certainly not worth the 34 dollars I paid. I tried to return. They wanted pictures and more. I have to pay for the return shipping even though the product is of poor quality and doesnt look like the picture on their site. Insult to injury.
