Very prompt and efficient response when the bench arrived with a crack in the arm. A new arm arrived immediately and despite confusion over which one it was, a second one was sent within days!

Great buy
This is my second bench and I am very pleased with it. Incidentally the first one is still going strong at least ten years on. Solidly built and heavy. Very quick delivery too.

Really great quality garden bench
Really great quality garden bench. Though made from coloured recycled plastic, it looks like real wood and is very sturdy. Easy to assemble from flat pack delivery. Nice colour too.

The Winawood Speyside bench is of excellent quality and easy to assemble. I would not hesitate to recommend it, however the delivery service from Maison and Garden was appalling.
In spite of the best efforts of Alison, and Ian at the warehouse, they were unable to complete the promised delivery in 3 to 5 working days. The bench arrived several days late and only 1 of 2 items delivered. The courier seemed to have lost it. Another was despatched by a different courier and that was a day late. M&G are letting themselves down by using second rate couriers.
They did provide a seat cushion as a goodwill gesture and that turned up late.
This poor service damages a reputation.
