Is this a scam company???
I have yet to hear a peep since being charged for my order. No response to repeated requests for tracking number... it's been over 21 days and NADA. Reporting to BBB and canceling payment, filing a claim.

I ordered on December 4th, it’s now December 17th. Customer service is horrible.
My products are coming from China, had that been transparent on the website I would never have purchased.
Do not touch this company
I bought cooking rings from Shop4World Via Amazon. One of the rings is defective, there is a sharp jagged hole and protuberance in one ring. When washing the rings before use I did not notice this and ripped open my hand and finger.
I have been unable to get either in contact or response from Maison and White, Amazon or the vendor I am leaving this negative feedback
Do not buy anything that purports to come from this company.

Non delivery of order
Ordered a coffee pod tray on the 26th April 2024, payment taken from my account £39.99 on the 29th April 2024, not had a confirmation of delivery, sent a request on the website to find out where my order is, no response, then sent and email asking on 7th May 2024 still not had a response and this morning Sent another enquiry to there website, would not recommend this company whatsoever I have asked for a refund or my delivery the customer service is diabolical and non responsive. Do not purchase anything as you will be waiting forever.
Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Bought a set of ceramic dishes on Thursday 4th April 2024 - paid for next day delivery and have no delivery / despatch notification and product is now 2 days late. Seem to work out of the same address as Roov and Xbite with same telephone number. All have dreadful customer service as I’ve tried to buy the same item from them and it arrived broken and unusable. The phone is never answered and no one gets back to you Just don’t bother - not worth the angst.

I ordered a wire can rack from Amazon which is labelled as Maison & White, and it is trash. The body is too wide for the shelves to fit on.
If this is the quality of their goods, avoid them like the plague.

Goods need Adhesive,, non supplied!
Last week I informed them that no Adhesive glue was provided for shelves that need Adhesive glue.. BIT STRANGE,,,, NO response from them, Barclay card paid them on my behalf.. So, BARCLAYS will thankfully help me claim the funds back... AVOID AVOID buy from a decent supplier

Wall clock for my Kitchen on 18th September I’m still waiting for this clock!! So angry as they took the money from my account on the same day and sent an email to say that my order was being processed and would let me know when my order was being despatched. It would have been nice to have been informed about what was going on, not Impressed.

Be careful of this company. I have ordered from them before with no problem but like previous reviews I just haven't had my latest order and they have taken my money and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone who will do anything about it other than X Bite.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.
This is due to us going through several changes e.g a warehouse move and a website upgrade.
As such some orders are having to be canceled.
Due to us recently being bought and under new ownership system changes are undergoing.
As a result we are unable to process your card payment refund at the moment.
I totally understand this isn’t great service and can guarantee you that our accounts team is working closely with the new payment provider system as we speak to have this change completed.
We will be logging your details and once we have the ability to process the refunds this will be actioned immediately.

Something has happened to Maison & White and they are not being forthcoming with information. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. They have taken my money but have not shipped the goods. Their website is down, they are not answering the phones and I have been referred to another company called Xbite for customer service. Be VERY careful.
