Gift for my Partner - Success!
Purchasing from NZ was skeptical at first. But the product arrived in a very secure, classy packaging with a reliable shipping company (FedEx). The product itself was soft and gorgeous. My partner is allergic to lambs wool, but cashmere doesn't cause any issuss for him. Will purchase more products in the future.

I’ve ordered products before and I’ve always been pleased, but this time (a pull over with a hoodie, the quality of the cashmere felt quite rough-possibly not worth the investment
And although this is typical, just a reminder to possible purchasers, it can take a longer time to receive the item-but they are always very clear about that

A truly spectacular selection of the finest quality garments, and brilliant and attentive customer service.
I bought a Positano Wrap for my wife's birthday in May, and she found it too light.
MaisonCashmere could not have been more efficient in offering a full refund.
When I opted for a credit note, this was arranged and no pressure was applied to spend the credit.
Finally in late August my wife opted for an Essential Maxi Wrap. It arrived in a gift box with the company's compliments in 2-3 days from Italy.
Highly recommended.
