Worst service ever
This company are amazing, I have tried to contact them every day this week and they still have not answered me. I ordered and paid in full for 5 winter tyres almost a month ago and after a failed delivery attempt I am still waiting. I asked them to speak to the carrier so that I could pick up the tyres from a local depot if they didn't want to deliver to me, still no answer, I have spoken to the carrier who gave me tracking numbers who then farmed the delivery out to another company who also do not answer emails, I even emailed the press office of that delivery company to try to help me still no reply. I am now in a situation where I am considering taking legal advice against the tyre company where all they have to do is email me with a delivery date for my tyres or refund my money so that I can buy them from somebody else. This is the worst service I have ever recieved.

Terrible
Terrible. Tyre lost in transit. Dozens of calls and emails before they admit there is a problem. Then they claim it's my fault. Huge battle to get my money back over 3 months later. Avoid avoid avoid.

Dreadful. Don't go near.....
No confirmation of where they sent my tyres and then no email informing me of their arrival.... or where they had arrived.
It was by chance that I discovered that my tyres were in the tyre centre ready for fitting.
