The sandals I bought were Jack Rogers and they were beautiful. Got matching pairs for my daughter and granddaughter for their birthdays. My granddaughter's were a size too small and returning them was very easy, however there was a charge. I ordered a size bigger and they fit great for the summer. I'm still waiting on the refund of the returned pair ,but understand it takes longer. Overall would recommend this store to others.

I ordered something for my brothers baby and someone else got it at the same time. I requested a cancel and refund. They ignored it and shipped it anyway. then they claimed it was final sale. Don't buy from these scammers

I love this sun hat. It is so unique folding up, just fabulous for traveling.

Although I live in Australia and have not been able to purchase anything from this store I did try to and then realised they don’t ship to Australia. I emailed the company and they replied very promptly and were fantastic with all my questions and I really hope in the future I will be able to do business with them.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered 2 outfits for my sons for picture day and paid for expedited shipping. Part of one of the outfits was out of stock and was not shipped. Maisonette will not refund the amount of my expedited shipping or return shipping. After one email, they quit communicating with me. I paid extra to ship items I did not receive. They are at fault for having the item still listed and allowing me to pay for it. So upset

Awful, avoid this company at all costs. They had incorrect photos for the item I bought, sent me a much smaller version of the item. I emailed them several times about the false advertisement, asking them to rectify/address the issue, with no response from them. Checked the listing for the item I bought a few days after emailing them about the issue and they CHANGED the photos to the actual item they were selling (what I received) and lowered the item's price as well.

Fraud. Bought a Tulle Arc Set and it’s trash. The description doesn’t say anything about a child using it despite its photos indicating that it is. Once brought to their attention they legit refused to return my money. BEWARE.
