6 months delay, refund promise ignored

Order placed on Aug 15, 2025 with a promised delivery of 7–15 business days and a 24-hour refund guarantee.

After more than 6 months of silence, I suddenly get a message in January 2026 saying the order was “shipped” and that refunds are no longer possible.

Shipping something half a year later doesn’t cancel your obligations. The delivery promise was broken, the refund policy was meaningless, and there was zero communication.

I’ve escalated this with my bank. Be careful.
