Picture does not match product
I ordered some dark green velvet shoes and the ones sent were olive green and a different style. When I contacted customer services they admitted that the shoes were very different to the picture and assumed the wrong product had been sent and said I could get a full refund. They then sent a follow up saying that the shoes were the correct product and I was only eligible for a refund if I bear the cost of returning the product to China by tracked postage (a cost of about £10), I believe that they are posting pictures of products that are not aligned with what is being manufactured and shipped which is illegal under the consumer act but now no one is responding to my emails.

Placed order, wanted to cancel it because it took too long... and then was told I had to pay to return it to China, and not the Netherlands. SCAM

Do not buy from this company Penny Loafers £47.95 probably worth a penny, ordered a Men's 10 received a 9, tight, cheap and nasty, - took 12 days to come to UK from mainland China, we should not have bothered - a lesson learnt - NEVER AGAIN, BE WARNED PEOPLE
