If you’re having issues with your…

If you’re having issues with your order, I would recommend to try emailing them directly as they have resolved my issue in the end.

My original order had a couple issues with the delivery. However it does seem that they’ve been unfortunately experiencing some delays.

After contacting them and explaining everything, they acknowledged the mistake, apologised and offered to honour a replacement. So although my experience wasnt ideal they have now addressed the issues and been helpful in resolving them!

I would just advise contacting them directly if you’re having problems rather than giving up, as they have been willing to listen and put things right. ♥️
