I bought several cotton/cashmere mixed T-shirts. I made a mistake on an order and the customer service was incredible. Their service matches their attention to fabric.

To me, fabric is the most important element of a piece of clothing. It starts with the right fabric. Their fabric breathes so you don't have the fragrance of your deodorant on your t-shirt.

I liked the two tops I purchased and planned to buy other colors. But one of the tops was too small - even though I ordered both in the size 2, one did not fit an DC the other did. It was on sale but still over $100 for basically a tee shirt, but I really liked it.
So I reached out to return it and they were slow to reply and refused the return, saying it was a final sale. None of the products I purchased said "final" sale, nor was it mentioned at checkout. But they showed me at the top of the sale section, in small print it says sale items are final sale. If I would have known final, I would not have risked purchasing a $100 tee shirt.
Customer service did not respond timely, nor apologize or offered me anything. Crickets. Terrible customer service! I won't be buying anything else from them

Terrible quality and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I exchanged a linen cardigan that had a hole in it before I even wore it. The replacement cardigan had a hole after the first time I wore it (carefully). The sales people and the «customer service » refused to refund my money. The product is very expensive for such poor quality clothing. I will never shop here again.
