Extremely unprofessional and dishonest people. I ordered a perfume from here on Feb 27, and today is March 9, but I still haven't received my delivery. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they made new excuses every day and eventually stopped replying altogether. Don't buy from here; they are nothing but a waste of time. Totally unprofessional with zero respect for clients!
Such a pathetic service. When you call them for an update on your parcel, they just make lame excuses like “our shop got robbed” and other stories instead of giving a clear answer. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. They are scammers......
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a week since I ordered a perfume and I’m being totally ghosted. They make promises to update you and then disappear for days. I’ve sent multiple messages with no response. Absolute waste of time. Do not bother ordering from here if you actually expect to receive your items or get an answer from the team.
