Great rack, cables are super smooth and price was just right for what you get as a mid grade piece of equipment. Very happy with purchase!

Background
Been lifting for 15+ years - used to prefer the local gyms, however with covid, I got used to using an old/used Costco home gym. I was ready for an upgrade, and spent probably 1~2 months comparing fitness brands (RitFit/Major Fitness/REP/Rogue/etc) and racks. I was super stoked when I found the F22 Power Rack, and decided to go all in and purchase a few of the attachments.
Feedback - What's in the Box
Visually, the setup looks great, but you'll quickly realize the equipment feels cheap. I've used this machine for about a month, and in the back of my mind, I'm curious when something is going to fall apart, tip over, break, or snap.
To be more specific, it was the Cable Handles that first gave this general impression. You'll pick them up, and realize "Amazon has better cable handles than this." I immediately cast them aside and used my handles from my previous machine. I tried convincing myself, "no biggie, the machine looks dope, and at least you have your old handles," then began my normal fitness regiment.
The sandwich J-Hooks are not very big and not nearly as secure as the hooks from my previous machine. Visually looking at them, it almost feels like the bar can role right off the hooks. Obviously, I'm exaggerating but when enough attachments/tools begin to look/feel cheap buyers remorse sets in.
The Safety Arms that were included look great. However, once I started using them, I immediately started thinking, "I hope these arms don't start bending in the next five years."
The pulley system has a host of issues. When using the pulleys for exercises such as triceps extensions, curls, you have to be directly in front of the bar it's attached to. Once you start using it from other positions, it will have this annoying squeal. I also decided to purchase the adjustable 170lb weight stack, and was greatly disappointed. I'm not the biggest guy, nor the smallest, but the weight stack was not enough. The Pulley System is a 2:1 ratio, and I immediately found myself loading up the entire stack with single arm lat pulls.
With all that combined, it becomes apparent how cheap the frame begins to feel.
Upgrade Kits
Here's where they get you. The majority of the "upgrades" are actual requirements.
I didn't purchase the Flex Arms, but after using the cable system provided, it made sense why it is an "upgrade". I still won't purchase them, as I'm doing my best to not buy any more of Major Fitness products until I get rid of this Power Rack.
Initially I purchased the Weight Stack Pin Extender as a "just in case", but keep in mind, even the most novice lifter will need this attachment. I've had a few people (both non lifters/lifters, size range from 110lb~200lbs) try the pulley system and they all lifted the weight with ease.
Extra Attachments
The Leg Extension - I was most excited with this purchase but it quickly became the nail in the coffin of "I made a mistake." This attachment is not secure, constantly wobbles (check other low star reviews!), and even has a threaded hole in the back to secure the attachment. You quickly realize there's no way to secure it. I know this, because I also reached out to their Customer Service and realized they either A) Didn't know what they were talking about or B) Were trying to end the conversation by requesting a video of the complaint. Normally I wouldn't mind sending videos in these situations (I already sent photos), but it was clear there would be no resolution for this matter, and based off the condescending tone of their Customer services rep (and looking up Major Fitness Return Policy), I decided this would not be worth the fight of breaking down the equipment, and fighting Major Fitness with returns/shipping/refund/etc. Even friends who thought I was exaggerating used the equipment and quickly asked, "Is it supposed to wobble this much?" This attachment is totally worthless, and when you include the 2:1 pulley system, you'll quickly be using the entire weight stack, plus the weight stack pin extender for single legged extensions and curls. Again, it's not because I'm that strong, just that the 2:1 ratio requires a lot more weight to get any resistance.
I also purchased the Lever Arms. I don't love them, don't hate them. Would consider dumbbells instead.
Conclusion
I regret not going with RitFit or spending more money all together on a better brand. Live and learn, I had this one coming from buying online and getting hyped up from the social media advertisements, which I'm sure you've already began to see since you started browsing this type of equipment.
I did feel one star was a little harsh, but for anyone shopping with at least one of year of lifting experience, I can't stress this enough - Keep Shopping.

I think product and equipment is good mostly good experience, have had the equipment for over 2 years and I use it everyday. Only things it I wish it was a bit taller I’m 5’10 and that’s not very tall but equipment still feels a bit short.

While I haven’t used the product yet, I have to say this company has outstanding customer service. Before I had a chance to assemble the bench my dog tore up the package and destroyed the back pad! After contacting customer support they sent me a new pad. Thanks again!

Shipment was quick, assembly took a few hours but is very easy. The product itself if very sturdy and well built. The versatility of the machine is where it really shines. Being able to train every body part on one machine is a time saver, space saver and very convenient. Extremely happy with my purchase.

High quality product, arrived quickly, easy to assemble.
Great for my home gym in my garage.

I think they make good and well thought out products at a reasonable price for many items. Given that they make a 3x2 rack which ties you to their system, they do support their racks with a lot of add-ons and upgrades. The fact that I was able to upgrade all my pulleys to aluminum was a nice touch. I only wish there was an easy add-on for a smith machine to my F22, but I am very pleased with my purchase and have used it daily for several years now.

I ordered the B17 and it arrived sooner than expected. This was the highlight of my experience. The delivery had to be rescheduled due to the shipper's miscommunication of the delivery date. I scheduled another date to be home and accepted delivery. Out of the Box began work and found a hole was not drilled in Part S. I addressed this with Customer Service. A new part was sent, but it was Part T, the incorrect part. Customer Service corrected their error and sent the correct part. I attempted to reschedule assembly and did not receive an answer from Out of the Box. Out of the Box' website indicated the company was not longer completing assembly for Major Fitness' past orders. I contacted Customer Service and they promised a refund for the assembly service, which remains to be received. This is a good product, but deficient quality assurance, missed opportunities by Customer Service, and a failure to fulfill the assembly commitment soured this experience with Major Fitness.

The "free" shirts are one size fits all. You spend 4,000.00 and you cannot even wear the free gifts.
The cables keep twisting on the one side after repeated attempts to correct. We will contact customer service

Delivery was sooner than expected. Assembly is long and tedious but you provide clear instructions that are easy to follow. I am very pleased with my B17 Heritage Flying Fortress is amazing. I love it! The quality and build is at the level of a commercial piece of equipment.

Starting off, the website is super easy to navigate and very clear on what you do and don’t get. Delivery was fast and everything came perfectly. Putting the rack together was surprisingly easy. My husband and I had it fully together in two and a half hours. Functionality of it is perfect. It’s a great home gym setup.

The quality of the products exceeded my expectations. Everything feels durable, well-built, and designed to last. You can tell Major Fitness takes pride in providing high-quality fitness equipment that performs just as advertised.
Customer service was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. If you’re looking for a company that delivers great fitness equipment, excellent quality, and dependable delivery service, I highly recommend Major Fitness. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Quality material but build quality is lacking. Bench is wobbly under any weight which makes lifting unstable.
