Not up to scratch
The Majority Homerton 2 was given to me as a present. After two weeks the CD player started to skip as if the CDs were scratched, although new.
Contacted Majority technical support and asked to invoke my warranty and how to go about it. Instead they came back and basically told me turn it on and off. The gift was then replaced with the same model and this too developed the problem. Unfortunately I did not want to bother the gift buyer again, so stuck with a cd player that doesn’t work. Would be good to hear from others who share same experience.

This is the fifth Homerton Majority I’ve bought. I’ve one in every room- albeit the previous four were the earlier model.
I like the excellent internet radio which we use every day and the CD player.

Well made product and attractive to look at. Somewhat cumbersome to set up the presets and access the channels afterwards. I bought this radio for an elderly person who is not familiar with modern technology but is prepared to 'have a go'

Great products and great customer service!!!!!
Great customer service. I have a Bard radio which is wonderful. The power cable has not being working perfectly which I presume is due to wear and tear as I move the radio around a lot.
I emailed the support and a replacement has been sent straight away to me. I have not received it yet. I should get it delivered today.
Thank you so much to the team at Majority whith their swift action.
Last and not the least I strongly recommend Majority products as they are great and exceed expectations. I have got a Quadriga and a Bard and planning to get a third product

Outstanding products. Excellent after sales support!
I spent a long time researching and looking for a small but powerful music midi system and purchased the Majority Quadriga. I was delighted with the quality and price. Years later, I experienced a streaming issue. I contacted Customer Support on a Sunday, and the problem was resolved in a couple hours. Outstanding after sales service! I would recommend this company, and intend to purchase further items with confidence.

The Petersfield Go is a superb radio
The Petersfield Go is a superb dab radio. It’s small and does not take up much room in a pocket or clipped to a belt. For such a small radio it sounds amazing, great for listening music and clear when listening speech. The radio is well designed and easy to use.

Majority Edington
Majority Edington: failed within two years: built-in battery and reception together. Such a pity, nice little radio. Extended correspondence with firm, that offers a 3 year warranty, but only if you fill in their forms at purchase. Hard nosed response, despite clear proof of purchase date. But they did themselves no favours: Amazon, when approached, gave an immediate full refund. There's a lesson in customer care!

To process a extended warranty claim (up to 3 years), both proof of purchase and proof of registration within 30 days of purchase are mandatory. When tech support requested the proof of registration to verify the extended warranty, the response stated that a refund had already been issued instead of providing the required information, so they were unable to verify and proceed with an extended warranty claim. We are glad that Amazon was able to assist directly with a full refund and that the matter was ultimately resolved. Excellent multiregional DVD player
I bought it on Amazon, the DVD-100 Oakcastle DVD and CD player which included batteries, remote and cables for RCA and HDMI connection plus power cord. It comes with a 3 year warranty for registering it, which was easy. I not only was able to play DVDs from the USA region but a DVD set of the X Files bought for me as a gift but my brother accidentally bought the wrong region, from Europe I believe, and it wouldn't play on our PlayStation or the DVD players we had. I'm so happy I can watch and of our DVDs including the "wrong" region DVD box set of the X Files. Thanks for a great product! Oh and set up was so easy and it just works and is user friendly to use!

Just received my Majority Bard
Just received my Majority Bard. Really impressed by the powerful and clear sound. So easy to set up. I use my ipad to play Rayo through it and also my Spotify music. Highly recommended.

Majority Fitzwilliam 2024-great piece of kit!
I’m really enjoying the Majority Fitzwilliam. I needed to replace a 37 year old tuner and did some research. The Fitzwilliam seemed to offer everything I needed at a reasonable price and I have been delighted by it. Because of it location in a cupboard in my house, FM and some DAB is not very good but the internet radio and Spotify features are what I wanted in any case. Set up was very easy and I already had the UNDOK app so knew what to expect. Great piece of kit.

I broke a speaker a year ago
I broke a speaker a year ago. I called tech support, and they told me the manufacturer was out of stock, which was a bummer. I kept in touch, and they always gave me updates. They said I was on the list, and I totally was. Then, a week ago, we connected, and I got my replacement speaker. Awesome, thanks to tech support.

Majority of the vote!
I love working alongside Majority! I’ve been very fortunate to have worked with Majority on 2 occasions now. I got to review and use the NAGA 40 Soundbar and now I’ve been lucky enough to review the DX10 Pc speakers. Honestly such a simple setup process and the design of the speakers are impressive. They really complete my new Game Station look! Literally have no bad words to say against Majority. I would hands down keep returning to Majority over any other media brand out there now. Customer service is faultless, so quick and happy to help.
Thank you again Majority for another great product! Hope we can work together again in the future.

Excellent customer care
I purchase a Little Shellford DAB radio but when I got it home, it would not work properly. I contacted Majority via their website and they replied very quickly. Initially the problem persisted but they kept advising me what to do until the issue was solved. Their commitment to their product was admirable and I gained confidence in the radio by their sheer stamina and friendly persistence. The radio is great and I would recommend them to anyone.

No Support and poor cheap products

Majority or iZilla as they sell as on Amazon have contacted me since leaving my review and have offered a goodwill gesture refund as a one off - this was 20% of the purchase price, this is a small fraction of the value of a unit that’s going in the bin, I reluctantly accepted as it was the only offer I would receive for any compensation for a faulty unit.
Based on this my review is now 2 stars rather than 1

I have 2 Fitzwilliam3 from Majorty, both 22 months old and both have issues. Amazon via Majority state that offer 3 years warranty for units near £200 each. After speaking to Majority support they dont infact off 3 years warranty nor do they supply any parts to fix the units. So their advice is ''We cant offer you any support'' dont waste your money on poorly made units with cheap parts - go eleswhere

Tech Support were able to support one Fitzwilliam 3 unit for which a valid order was provided, but as it was outside the retailer warranty and the extended warranty had not been registered within 30 days, a replacement could not be offered; however, a goodwill refund was processed. You also mentioned a second unit, but they have not received any proof of purchase or fault details for it, so they are unable to assess or support that product at this time — they are happy to do so once this information is provided. For safety and compliance reasons, internal spare parts are not supplied, as explained in previous correspondence by Tech Support team.
