Decided to give this company/app a go after some very disappointing experiences with one of their more popular competitors. Found them on Google and I did at times question the legitimacy(!) but I am really happy to say that not only are they legitimate, but they provided 5 star service. From the regular contact and updates (from Farrah in customer service), to the absolutely excellent cleaner (Aku) who really paid attention to detail, and was just a lovely and professional person. Will definitely use their services again and hire Aku again.

I’m very satisfied with the job they did cleaning my flat! They were very professional, even cleaned my oven and descaled my kettle!!! Folded everything nicely and made my flat looking great!

The manager and customer service were exceptional. Listening to what I needed went our out of their way to make it happen and then sent an exceptional cleaner. She did everything and went to a high bar. I'm definitely very happy. Every room has been done to a great job, and usually, you have to explain to them what to do, but she was moving things, etc, and just did what she needed to make sure it was clean. Exceptional job very happy and will definitely use Mak.today again I have a fresh clean home and definitely what I was looking for.

The cleaner was punctual she arrived before her booked time. Super efficient and diligent work and great attention to detail. House is sparkling. I would highly recommended Remi. No problems understanding what was needed, happy to work around the kids being at home, worked really hard for over 5 hours.

I used their service after seeing an advertisement on TikTok and already needing a cleaner very badly. On TikTok, the cleaner arrived in uniform and with their own cleaning products. The cleaner that arrived at my house had no uniform or any products. She spent an hour and a half just to change two bedding and only folded less than half the laundry. Not to mention, it wasn’t even done properly. She mostly chatted and sat down and spent the last 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom, which doesn’t look clean at all. I have three small children, all under the age of 4 and this cleaner did not help at all.

Ina did a great clean on floors , stairs and surfaces. Mirrors were gleaming!
First time I used this firm but will use them again. Took off one star as the floors were very wet and could have been dried off a bit with the wileda mops. Cushion covers could have been put back on, but in the main good job.

The company will always endeavour to find a replacement cleaner if your cleaner is unavailable.
