Customer service is awful when there's a problem with making Gif's. It used to be very very good and I would get responses pretty quickly when I would send a message. It's going on two days now that I haven't been able to make a Gif and have not received any answers to my messages I've sent. When the app works it's GREAT and I have no problems but it doesn't consistently work.

Didn't even work
Well I spent time setting up my GIF and then when I pressed upload to make my gif it just said that it wasn't working and there was some problem and to try later. I did a while later and still the same problem. So I wouldn't bother.

slow and lacking features
nice interface and looked promising BUT site is slow, even with premium account there are very few features. could be OK if you want a very simple GIF creation and like staring at the screen waiting for things to happen,

Just bad regulation
The website is not regulated in the SLIGHTEST bit. I was just out here searching for some GIFs to send to my group chat and guess what? I just see a small child GIF with her tongue out and the stupid photo shaking up and down. Where is the regulation? Where are the admins taking down stuff that isn't alright? I do not recommend the website to anyone. I'm just going to block it. It's gross.
