This is the second time we have ordered a doormat from Make an Entrance. The quality is fantastic, the website simple to use and order from and the delivery prompt. We are delighted with our made to measure front doormat and would not hesitate to order from them again.

We were trying to buy a replacement doorwell mat. Drew a blank at local carpet shops. Found Make an Entrance online, great website and ordered a sample, which arrived in 2 days. Went ahead and ordered a mat cut to size, which arrived in 2 days. Followed installation instructions and it fitted perfectly. Brilliant!

Clear simple ordering process for a good quality custom fit coir door mat. Item delivered a day earlier than forecast (a good thing). 24 hours at room temperature and the mat was as flat as a flat thing and a perfect fit.
