I wish I could give no stars! Delivery took 2 months, product quality is extremely poor, cropping of photo on personalised item was a joke and the customer service is even worse. Dont waste your money!

I never received my pillow I ordered it for a gift and had to buy something else for the gift I wanted a refund but they are refusing to give me one will never order from this company ever again .

We love our pillows. They come shipped tightly packaged, so there may be wrinkles but not an issue.
We ordered in December and didn’t get them until Jan 21st. I attribute it to shipping issues. I reached out twice and customer service always replied within a reasonable amount of time.
Our pillows are so funny. I will order again. Can’t wait to gift them and see their faces! Thank you!

Everything looks nice,they even sent me a Christmas card. The shipping took too long but that’s probably cuz of the UPS.

They cut off the picture of my cat so the pillow only shows part of him. Due to holidays it took 30 days to get my order... I emailed them almost a week ago asking about why the cut the picture off, and still have not received a response. I will not use this company again

Ordered 3 pairs of socks and NEVER received them.
They claim it was delivered, we have ring proof that NO package was ever delivered!

I wish I could post a picture of what we received compared to picture. It was faded and not centered and shipped in a ball. On top of it taking over 30 days to receive. And they only offered to give us 10% back we don’t want it and want are money back!!

I was very pleased with my order and the quality. Due to the Christmas deliveries my order was delayed but whenever I asked about the order, I always received a reply. I would definitely use them again.

The doggy socks I ordered for my husband for Christmas are awesome!! The socks are good quality and the pictures of the dogs faces are very clear!! My husband loves the socks. Would definitely order from this company again :)

The pillows of our cats arrived today and my college daughter loves them! She misses our cats a lot so I ordered the pillows for her dorm room. The fabric is soft and huggable. They did a great job and my daughter has already commented several times they it looks as if our cats are actually on her bed. Customer service was very responsive to my questions. These pillows are the perfect gift!

Shipping took 10 days longer than quoted and I was unknowingly charged a separate additional $1.38 international fee after I made payment.

The picture was great and the customer service after I had a question was fantastic! Definitely professional!

I sent a picture of my mom’s dog resting in my dad’s hands. Dad passed away this year and her dog had to be re-homed, so this was a perfect gift. The quality is exceptional and my mom was thrilled!

Bought these pillows using a silly picture of my kids and they loved them. The material is soft and the quality of the image was nice and clear. Pillow could be stuffed a little more. Don’t know why the image/order number or some type of 10 digit code is printed on the back of the pillow.

I ordered a 24" pillow of my bff's son's dog that passed unexpectedly a couple weeks ago as a Christmas gift. It looks great, just like the pic I sent and I know it will be loved and cherished for years to come. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you

Cheap quality products, cheap quality images. Beware. Purchased 3 sets of socks and a dog pillow. My 6 year old could have did a better job. Gimmick business.

I ordered pajamas pants with my dogs picture on them as a gift. They turned out amazing. The quality and the picture was top notch. I actually ended up ordering another pair for myself! Thank you soo much I love them!

I ordered custom socks on the 14th December on they arrived on the 24th. Brilliant timing considering that they've had to come from China in the midst of a pandemic with widespread disruption. The socks themselves are a perfect fit and appear to be good quality. Would definitely order from here again!

I read the other reviews and decided to take a chance. I ordered a custom face pillow 3 weeks before Christmas and they promised it by 12/24. It made it to New Jersey on 12/24. If you decide to order from this site give them over a month to deliver. I will never use them again.
